Does this predict your emotional response? My hypothesis is that looking through papers, trying to find answers already puts the searcher in a state of anxiety or frustration. He or she is on a quest to try and find a resolution to some form of conflict, whether an internal struggle in trying to find the truth or the heart of a matter, or if more passive and subjugated in the context; trying to answer questions that have been asked of him or her.If one then goes online to search for the answer, and are then constantly presented with obstacles in finding a resolution, it is then incredibly difficult to maintain a positive demeanor because education should not, in the opinion of this writer, ever be restricted. If someone finds themselves in a position to be hungry for knowledge, in particular if the pursuit is entirely autonomously generated and may, in fact, be forming part of an individual’s quest for meaning. Should that not be a basic right? Are we not all on this quest? There is no competitive advantage to be had over another individual in the “race” to understand yourself, your place, your role, your drivers, your path to happiness. Why would people try to be obstinate, to block that growth?Does this naturally bring us to the concept of good and evil? Is not everything just an expression of a particular set of values? What drives action? What creates perception? The right to free information is vital to the healthy growth of an individual.
