strategy, standards, values and culture. Boehm’s purpose is to make money for him and his
wife. Also to sell clay animal sculptures for gifts. His strategy is to manufacture the sculptures
using homemade porcelain to show the beauty, permanence and color. He planned on selling
them at gift and art markets. His standards for business was too develop the finest form of clay
porcelain to create with. Another standard was that he strived to create sculptures that people
would buy. For example he was making animals and then people were buying birds more.
Values he had where to capture animals and bird in their natural habitat and also to portrait the
ones who were endangered. Mr. Boehm’s Companies Mission Statement is “to make the world
aware of Mr. Boehm’s artistic talent, to help the world wildlife causes by creating appreciation
and protection for threatened species, and to build a continuing business that could make them
comfortably wealthy, perhaps millionaires.”
