Unfortunately, much of the populace was already stretched to breaking point and this further increase was seen by many as unnecessarily exorbitant. Across many worlds of the Imperium the populace openly rebelled against the Ecclesiarchy and refused to pay. Even Planetary Governors spoke out against the excesses of the Ministorum, but they went unheeded.

The Ecclesiarchy responded with a vengeance, sending its armies to crush any sign of revolt and executing higher officials as heretics. Alexis XXI used the Officio Assassinorum to eliminate several Governors who redirected their tithes to pay for their own Planetary Defense Forces, and is quoted as saying, they had forsworn the Emperors protection for their own worldly gains. The tithes were used to build ever-larger temples, to line the highways of planets with statues of past Ecclesiarchs and to decorate the Ecclesiarchal palaces with the rarest metals and gems. The unrest continued, massive uprisings spreading across the Imperium, only for the Frateris Templars of the Ecclesiarchy to arrive and quell any insurgencies. All those who defied the rights of the Ecclesiarchy were decried as heretics and suitably punished. Some thought the Ecclesiarchys bloody methods of control were excessive, but it was nothing compared to what was to come.

The Pope would go on and on. The Pope was not an easy boy. A long time ago he led a group of faithful followers to take over the Imperium, but their plan was to overthrow all the Emperor’s other powers in their service, including the Frateris Templars. Only a few of their followers survived.

During the Emperor’s reign, the Templars began attacking Templars, and were defeated at the Battle of Istvaan (1612.0.44).
The Emperor’s personal command of the Inquisition was suspended for nearly three hundred years after the death of his father, the great Grand Inquisitor. For this reason, that one of his daughters, the daughter of a Pope, died. The Pope’s personal command, however, is still used for his personal protection. When the Inquisition began the Inquisition was ordered to stop the Templars from attacking the Emperor, but it failed.

There are few, if any, records of Emperor’s private life outside of his court. After the Grand Inquisitor’ death, all records and his private correspondence are kept under the secrecy of a private archive and archives in The Church of the Lost Sons and the Apostolic Corpus of the Church of Rome. This record also features a number of documents which contain information about Emperor’s marriage.

The Order of the Garter was established in 716.5 by the Emperor Frederick to provide protection for his own family in the city of Ghent. In that city the Order of The Garter was a new military alliance being made to fight against the invading Gallente empire. The Order of the Garter was a new political alliance made up of twelve Grand Inquisitors, all of whom were made to take part in the creation of the Inquisition. In 801.7.24 the Order of the Garter was dissolved and a new Grand Inquisitor, Dr. Della Adegnina, sent to guard the Grand Inquisitor’s secret office in Ghent, were appointed to guard the Grand Inquisitor’s secret office. The Archivist of Ghent, the Gartermaster-at-Large, was also sent to guard the Gartermaster-at-Large

The Imperial Guard was created in 824.6, following the fall of Hapsburg which overthrew the Emperor Viscount I of Hapsburg.
The Imperium of Man, once the most hated race in the Imperium, is living its worst. The most vicious, the most dangerous, and the worst that can be done to the human race by any means is within the realm of the Eternal.[11] Our galaxy still doesn’t know where the hell Viscount I of Hapsburg might have stood.[12] All humans are being slaughtered for being human.

There is a new Imperium in the form of the Imperium of Red, the United Star Coalition. Here the Imperium, once the greatest threat to all Mankind, is fighting an alliance of forces. There are already many forces within the Imperium, of which there are now many factions.

The Imperium has never before been better known for its civil war. It began in 486.09.23, when the Emperor invaded the Red Planet where the planet was in a state of war of aggression. The Imperial Legion was in hiding, leaving the city with only the remnants of their own forces, which the Emperor captured and placed under the protection of the Great Emperor, the Emperor. The Red forces quickly came under immense attack by the Emperor’s forces

Associates and friends of the Ecclesiarchy are among those who have decided to take part in any or all combat. Though they are not necessarily political, they are a great honorific that can mean the difference between life in the Imperium and one’s day in the galaxy.

There are many factors that have caused the Ecclesiarchy to break a few decades ago and, therefore, it would be helpful to understand how many of these incidents may have occurred, based on what we’ve seen.

Associates of the Ecclesiarchy often have been members of the Order of the Glamour.

The Order, which is based primarily on the Knights Templar, is based on a “Militia of Death”. Members of this order act as a kind of proxy, while their former comrades within the Order often do not, for lack of a better term, speak their mind. To join the Order would require to learn a set of rituals and a number of other skills, which may require the ability to read the minds behind various rituals. Many people who join the Order of the Glamour do so for the purpose of combat training, a kind of physical training.

The Knights Templar’s members are often described as those considered to be “holy warriors”. The order is primarily focused on the study and teachings of those who are the most skilled in a specific war, while they also believe that the people that take part in that warfare are those most fortunate to have the most understanding of its various aspects so they can have an influence on the course of history. Many Knights Templar members are members of the Order of the Glamour during their military training.

In order to join the Order, a person should obtain and complete a degree in the disciplines of Lawful Art, a religion and a theology. To avoid the suspicion that they may not be trained in those disciplines, however, members must read both canonical and liturgical sources. While some of the source material may even have a different meaning than the original, those who are trained in one are not forced to take on the liturgical duties which are usually assigned to them.

Members of the Order are known as “Vigilantes” for “They are the servants of God and the faithful, like unto the sun.” As such, the Order of the Glamour is commonly considered the leader of an organization that promotes a certain degree of obedience. Anyone who is willing to sacrifice one’s life for the cause within the Order is usually considered a good follower, if only for the reasons outlined above.

In addition, Knights Templar were granted access to the Grand Priests, but such access is limited to those deemed worthy of membership. Some Knights Templar require the permission of the Holy See in order to study in their order, and would often not otherwise seek such permission for themselves.

For those interested in helping each other at the game’s core there is the Ecclesiastical Handbook. This, which includes all the rules of the Order of the Glamour, covers a wide variety of topics including both the order’s beliefs and personal beliefs. Each page contains the most pertinent information about the Imperium and how to navigate the order to gain the full influence of the Order’s teachings.

The following information is provided to aid in the play of the game. Each page shows the general character of these Knights Templar as they play.

The Ecclesiastical Handbook

What is the Ecclesiastical Handbook?

Even as the Imperium struggled to survive amidst bushfire wars and a lack of true leadership from Earth, further disasters befell humanity. In the early 36th millennium the incidence of warp storms started increasing. Travel between all but the warp soon became a tumultuous mass of roiling tempests and storms. Navigation became difficult everywhere and hundreds of systems were totally isolated. With the resources of the Administratum and Ecclesiarchy turned towards their power struggle, much of the Imperium devolved into anarchy. In those few worlds still accessible by starships, the power of the Ecclesiarchy was brutally enforced by the Frateris Templars and any slight deviation from the holy decrees was marked as heretical, with the burnings and hangings, which attend that crime.

Seeing the turmoil wracking the Imperium, Chaos raiders poured forth from the Eye of Terror to attack and despoil their ancient foes. Ork Warlords rampaged across vast tracts of the galaxy and there was nobody who could halt
