Teaching and learning are no exceptions to this.

E-learning has seen major acceptance by various companies across the globe. It offers numerous advantages over the traditional classroom way of teaching. It is more cost effective, convenient and offers a lot of flexibility to the company and its employees. Talent Management for any company in any sector is of utmost importance. The need for a company to recruit and retain people that help the company reach greater heights cannot be negated. With increasing competition between organizations to have the best set of employees, not managing its talent for any company and not being able to control attrition is nothing short of a curse.Employing e-learning to manage its talent is a prudent step to take. In this digital age, companies have started devoting resources to training and development, and e-learning is an important tool for the same.
