In this regards, the customers may be given free gifts and those who will be loyal will be rewarded by the company on an annual basis.The marketing research processes are different in the e-marketing environment since, in the e-marketing environment; the keyword search is used in which it will result in quick as well as effective internet marketing. With also the features such as the Worldtracker, the customers will be able to search the exact words which are related to the products they want. In this regards, it will result in time saving. In addition, the pricing of the company’s products with regards to the marketing will be based on the competitor’s prices which will then be used to become more competent and prosper in the business.In addition, e-marketing entails the uses of the blogs and posts which can enrich the customers as well as the organization with the wealth of the products and prices from other organizations. This implies that the company will be able to monitor the competitors since the e-marketing contains a flow of the information from the public opinion which will help the organizations in making better decisions with regards to satisfying their customers (Information Resources Management Association 2012).
