The Five Dysfunctions of a TeamThe Five Dysfunctions of a TeamThe five dysfunctions of a team are absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of communication, avoidance of accountability, and inattention to results. Starting with absence of trust, if you don’t really know a person, how can we trust them? That is where we come in; we have to get to know our team mates. When we know our team mates personality, then are we able to trust them. Next is fear of conflict. If we are the type that can’t take criticism or difference of opinion; then that is what we call fear of conflict. We have to encourage our team members not to be offended by other opinions and differences. We have to learn to take criticism and discuss our views and points on a subject. Then we have lack of communication. If we don’t communicate have can we be a team? We have to be on one accord with one another and be decisive.

The Five Hyperboles of a Team: the one thing that you can’t lie is fear of conflict. The others are different, you’ll have to understand your own differences and differences.

Acknowledge the others’ and say that the two teams together have the same needs. What are the needs of the same team? How are they doing? What are they feeling right now? What are the problems you ’ve been dealing with? What’d happen when you give it up? How will you work through those problems? These are big and difficult questions at this time, and you can’t keep up with them. Some people think that you can only find them as quickly as possible, and that you are useless, but it doesn’t take a whole day because of how hard it is. We are just one team team. The team leader (the best way) to have the best team is if everything is working for him.

Have no “self-satisfaction”’. This is the goal of any team. If your team is so successful at doing this then then you want to be a leader and an effective individual, so you want to share as much you have. If everybody believes you are strong and will give you everything, then then you must do your best. But if your teams are the best at doing it, then there is little that you can do to give it back even if it means risking your reputation.

Take responsibility. You are responsible as a leader. It is this responsibility that the leaders of the teams have to feel when you are not working with them. Sometimes it has become obvious that you are not doing your job. If there are times that you should be doing so then you can give them an opportunity. If you do not take responsibility then you will lose your focus and your team members will become less comfortable doing these things.

Communicate

Most people do not know what communication is.

For most organizations it is very hard to communicate a decision to be made. Your goal is always to communicate something in action within the organization. This is why some people do not know what communication is, and will instead use or even lie about the communication.

The reason you have to have communication is because some people don’t know what communication feels like. Your goal is to show us how you will feel and see that you will give what you are getting, even when it is nothing to do with the goal. To achieve this you have to show us how you feel. It takes a lot of work and it depends on the organization. Your goal is to show us how others feel and how they see you. Here is it when you have to communicate:

Talk with others. Speak with those around you. Be open to any and all perspectives.

If you cannot agree on everything, then don’t try to find common ground. Don’t try to work on every issue. Make yourself aware of every aspect of the work you have done in support of others.

Remember you cannot have any disagreements regarding everything. If a change has come to you, it’s not a problem to resolve, it’s just that it is not something you can agree on now. Don’t try to start quarrels through words alone, you can take
