Mba StudentBill Rosenberg founded Dunkin Donuts in Quincy, Massachusetts in 1950, and was hailed as a top young entrepreneur as he expanded to five Dunkin Donuts locations by 1954. Rosenberg continued expansion, and today there are over 6,000 locations in 34 US states and over 2,000 more locations in 31 countries around the world, making Dunkin Donuts the worlds leading retailer of coffee, donuts, and bagels. By providing 52 varieties of donuts and over a dozen coffee drinks along with an assortment of bagels and breakfast sandwiches, Dunkin Donuts enjoyed $5.5 billion in global system-wide sales in 2008.

With an emphasis on high quality coffee and patriotism, Dunkin Donuts has set up a strong home base in New England and can be found in many gas stations, airports, malls, and supermarkets. As America became increasingly centralized in locations such as these, Dunkin Donuts capitalized by strategically placing locations within these highly populated venues. While locations exist in 34 states, only 75 franchises exist west of the Mississippi River, mostly in Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. The company claims “America runs on Dunkin,” explaining that America became a coffee-loyal nation during colonial times when King George imposed a high tax on tea. Today, Dunkin Donuts serves 2.7 million customers worldwide per day.

Caffeine and caffeine can lead to depression, as can “nausea” and “anxiety” which can lead individuals to take stimulants to relieve their depressive state, according to the American Psychiatric Association. These experiences have also resulted in many young people becoming ill, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics, along with substance abuse. But the cause of mental illness is almost unknown. Researchers from Oregon Medical University examined 25,843 young adults over a 12-month period. The results were inconclusive, the majority saying they had severe or fatal mental illness. However, even those who were not diagnosed due to a mental illness, did report an increased risk of developing a major depressive episode.

Sugar, alcohol and marijuana: What is the most damaging effect of using marijuana on your mental health or well-being?

A major risk factor for developing a major depressive episode is marijuana using. A marijuana-containing substance, such as cannabis, can increase a person’s likelihood of developing major depressive symptoms such as high blood pressure, muscle cramps, or seizures. However, it’s unknown whether these symptoms come from a heavy amount of marijuana use or just a single substance or substance, researchers found. Scientists have found that heavy marijuana use is associated with increased risk for a variety of clinical mental illnesses. A small but significant increase in symptoms might also be related to the marijuana use in the individual. Researchers also found that cannabis use makes it more difficult for a brain-damaged individual to fully recover from a significant loss during a traumatic experience, though that could be due to other chronic conditions, such as depression and schizophrenia.

Treatment plans vary, sometimes with treatment taking an amount larger than a single treatment. While marijuana is usually prescribed to help a person recover from a major adverse event or illness, it has never been considered effective or safe for an individual, researchers found.

Some states have banned cannabis as a drug of abuse and prohibition makes them less reliable for individuals trying to quit, especially without the assistance of other medical treatment.

Using marijuana is not all bad: In 2014 alone, the average smoker who smokes 1,000 cigarettes per day was more likely than one smoker who used the same amount of non-cannabis oil (NAA) to develop post-traumatic stress disorder;

NAA is still the most potent opioid in the United States, as it reduces pain in pain patients and increases the overall amount of pain produced in patients who experience withdrawal symptoms.

Although this type of acute opioid withdrawal is not the only symptom present in people who smoke marijuana at any given point, it is still an important predictor of severe symptoms, according to the CDC.

Smoking high doses of THC without having cannabis infused (or any other means of recreational use) for at least 14 months in a study showed that those with mildest to moderate levels of symptoms of PTSD would be more likely to develop PTSD symptoms.

While people with mild PTSD are more likely than those with moderate levels of symptoms to report no symptoms, in order to fully recover, they are usually restricted to the marijuana or subtype.

People who use these strains of marijuana may have greater problems with PTSD, or even have symptoms of psychosis. If these conditions remain persistent and develop at this early stage of their lives, they could end up in major depressive episodes.

In other states, marijuana is routinely prescribed in conjunction with other treatment such as anti-depressants, sedatives, antidepressants and others.

“This study clearly is evidence of the increasing benefits of caffeinated drinks over alcohol and other drugs,” said co-author and director of the research project at the Ohio State University School of Medicine’s Department of Physical Activity. “The findings of this study may be the first study to address the very real implications of these benefits, especially in young people, who would be likely to become ill. Studies based in many health centers around the country may provide insight into the long-term health outcomes of young people for a number of different reasons — including, but not limited to caffeine, the use of caffeine supplements or other stimulants, and the effects of daily consumption of caffeine and caffeine-free beverages. Moreover, while the effects of caffeine and other stimulants on mental illness could potentially help young people become more resilient, this results in the benefits of both caffeine drinks and alcohol and also may result in increased depression risk.”[The study’s emphasis on drinking/caffeine] supports our understanding of the effect of all these factors on children and young people in particular.”[/p]

Caffeine was also found to play a protective role in children’s mental health during the study, as well. While caffeine can cause a child to become lethargic, “it is also important to note that [people] experience short-term benefits for drinking [a]high caffeine content.'[/p] In fact, the research suggests that people who have less caffeine take a larger share of the risk for depression, which can include alcohol, mental health or the effects that stimulants have on their health, so I suspect it has to do with the amount of caffeine ingested,” says co-author and director of Stoneman’s Health Center at Pennsylvania State University. It also showed that people who consumed an amount of caffeine before symptoms of depression worsened had a greater chance of experiencing depressive symptoms than those who got caffeinated. Moreover, the study found that people who never took caffeinated beverages had a higher risk of developing depression symptoms as compared to those who did take the recommended amounts, and that the risks of depression worsened if consuming caffeine-free supplements or other stimulants. “[The] findings confirm what we know
