I would like to thank you for all the help and for encouraging me to do well in my reflective essay. Your advice and correction on both research as well as on my career have been priceless. I would also like to thank my friends who help me find some of my sources and for the support, Christianne Rose Villar and Efren De Jose. And also I would like to say thank to all the staff of Auckland Birkenhead Library for the good accommodation and the free Wi-Fi.  All of you have been there to support me when I really needed your help. A special thanks to my family. Words cannot express how grateful I am to my mother and father for all of the sacrifices that you’ve made on my behalf. Your prayer for me was what sustained me thus far. I would also like to thank all of my friends who supported me in writing, and encourage me to strive towards my goal.Table of ContentsIntroduction ………………………………………………………………………………………………  4 – 6Riding the Waves of Change Amidst Strong Organisational CultureDirected and Facilitated Changes as Line of Defences ……………………………….. 7 – 9Onward to Leading and Sustaining Organisational Change ………………………… 10 – 12Conclusion …………………………………………………………………………………………………. 13References …………………………………………………………………………………………………. 14 – 15Battling the Challenges of Organisational ChangeIntroductionIt is not hard to believe that even if change has proven itself across cultures and histories that it is and will always be constant, the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling organisational change remains a blunder.
