In such a diverse group for the given audience the presenter should identify their goal, understand the focal point of the meeting, identify the audience, structure the message by grabbing everyones attention with the first sentence, and keep the group interested professionally. The group of managers needs to hear the information about the company sales so that they can determine how well the company is progressing. The last group which is the stakeholders, are interested in how their money and investments are doing.

Business and individuals face ethical dilemmas on a regular. The words ethical and moral are often considered as being one in the same, but in some aspect, the two have different meanings and they both a very important role in how people conduct business. While something may be ethical or legal, it may conflict with ones personal beliefs and morals. Demonstrating good practice of ethical and moral behavior whether employee, or employer, contributes towards ensuring a successful business environment. The purpose of this essay is to differentiate ethical and moral issues, and address the difference between personal and business ethics.

Morals explain an individual honest and dishonest behavior. According to Bernard Williams, “Moral judgments are about what people should do and how they should live; they do not at all purport to represent how things are in the outside world”. Generally, morals are thought by our parents at a early age by establishing the difference between good and bad behavior. Moral issues within the workplace occur practically everyday. For example, several couples usually meet in the workplace because that is where many people spend most of their waking hours. Workplace protection against sexual harassment has grown much stronger than the recent years. When a relationship ends if one member of the former couple continues to pursue the other member at work after their breakup to try and fix things between them

Morals do not explain your behavior as an act of love. They only make you more likely to be willing to deal harshly with your fellow human beings around you.

There should not be any conflict on their emotional part; they can always go to law. However, they should always be encouraged to seek professional help or some other means of relief that may increase their likelihood of recovery.

If you decide for yourself that you have moral failings, if you truly don’t feel you deserve to be with someone who you would have considered just a normal person, you will be less likely to find yourself in position to do anything to improve those in the world.

In the workplace, the ideal ideal person is people who have a moral and spiritual value for one another. We see those who are good at talking to one another as “good people.” They may do so simply because they are genuinely interested in making things better. They may even believe that they are responsible for what is happening in their lives, and that things could be worse.

Moral principles may vary considerably by group.
