Thanks —– for  handing over the wonderful audience; and believe me, I was waiting for my turn of uninterrupted speaking in front of you.  Since I got an opportunity to speak, first let me start with worlds most special thing; and that is me. Hummmm … but what ? Ok – let me start with my routine… 0500 beep beep – wakeup and snooze the alarm. 0530 beep beep– wakeup again but snooze again. Finaly 0545 crawl out of bed and reached to mirror by 0600. AND BAMMMMM .. who is this old looking guy staring at me .. ohhh god it is me… 0610 puton running shoes to actually attempt to tuck in poped out tummy. As we all know “ Jo Dikhta hai wohi Bikta hai”. Reach the first floor of gym hiding from an over enthusiastic instructor who has decided to make me look presentable. Run for 5 min but; look exhausted. Reach to instructor and tell him running for 15 min at level 12 is real tough task and cant do more today. Reach to room and show to whold world that you came back running marathon. Get ready have Bfast and then class tea class lunch class tea class sleep. It is 1800..guys ..NOW it is time for some serious learning from youtube but always human landed up looking at Katy Perry. Den dinner time—- walk time — chat time — and den finally sleep time.

What was all this ?? A total disastrous un-managed “do nothing look busy routine”. And today I am going to discuss how not to follow “do nothing look busy routines”.1.        Do not struggle with your body. We are not zombies. Respect yourself and give your body proper rest. Studies conducted in MIT shown that on an average 7- 8 hrs is required for body to recover. You are no superman or supergirl; den why try to be so. Sleep tight and be your best next morning.2.        Go to gym … ofcourse not like I mentioned about my gym routine. Follow routine of our fitness gurus. 30 min of exercise enhances body efficiency by 50% “ofcourse depending upon the physical capacity”. We are very gud at giving excuses, like today I have a presentation; an exam; slept at 0400 etc etc. But seriously check the time normally we invest in exercise and I am sure it will not be more then time we spend on whatsapp. For motivation seekers yoga is also done by young generation in ER3.3.        As we say.. Sweat in training and bleed less in war. 15 min spent on planning will give you additional 5 hrs of efficiency. A directional arrow is more dangerous then UN-directional missile. Give yourself that direction by planning your day and the routine will become manifolds productive. We have games, chat apps and what not in our super smartphones and most probably a organiser; but do we really use it. Give it a try and it will be your sweetest friend; may be even sweeter that your sweetest GF or BF. But do not overload your to-do list.
