Aiming at solving problems with teams that carry different prospective, and different scopes to look at the issues the team might face, multinational teams seems to be the perfect method to overcome such obstacles, knowing that transnational teams will always create their own culture.

Transnational teams produce broad networks that consequently result in major change, and which it can highly upgrade the level of communication and the stream of information between subsidiaries and the Headquarter and other related branches . Managers of multinational companies usually find themselves in different environment, in different places, in different times, and it is important that they have the proper skills and the background regarding the work environment to accomplish the goals, different nations have different understanding of the team functions, where for instance individualist nations, such as the US, is supporting the teams methodology as a solution, in the other hand, communist based nations, such as eastern Europe, supports the individualism . Transnational Teams

Merely for any of the three national organizations, you will find yourselves in a situation where you might be wondering,

“How can such an organization develop and develop like such a national organization that will not be unable to create a large range of new technologies and capabilities?”

The answer is not always at any rate. During the period 2002-2003 for the first time, there were a number of events to which the national teams took significant role, as shown when the International Transnational League (ITL) led by S.H. Krishnan, IAS, met on the 27th of March, 2013 and we became the first to present in an in-person meeting in New Delhi and we had several meetings that were very beneficial to the organization.

And so, there were a number of positive outcomes in the Transnational team. Not only were the organizations of the four national groups, in different countries, having a good synergy and good professionalism that was seen in the Transnational team, and they also were gaining valuable and relevant experience from each other. As can be seen in the above image, our team had the best of them and in fact led to a number of successful developments regarding a few of the technical developments within the Transnational team.

This is because the Transnational Team was of course a collaboration of international and domestic teams from the different places around the world from two directions. We also started a partnership that has resulted in the establishment of the International Organisation of Transnational Teams (ITTP), which had achieved many important objectives within the organization, in addition to the objectives set out in the above image, and was being developed for the present. The Transnational Team has also managed to achieve a number of important projects and also implemented the Transnational team’s technical specifications.

In short, we managed to establish a good and solid organizational structure within the Transnational team. The international teams in each nation, along with the international teams in individual countries, were also engaged in activities related to the Transnational Team, but there were also times that they did not have many teams and the team didn’t have the quality for what I would like to see in Transnational team. Therefore, the work of the International Transnational League was organized in the same way — by each person on the team. The Team has not been run by top professionals from any country as some people have come out in the last few years and made a lot of mistakes, but by the management personnel of all the teams, along with the technical staff, the entire working group of the Transnational team could not be run as a single organization without one individual, so a good combination of experience and a well-working Team and an organizational structure within each of the five national teams was created. So, the overall organisation and the group structure is a combination of these two factors. That is the reason why the Transnational Team has been so successful and in fact has been made much better in terms of technology, coordination of the various projects — in fact, this process was even done without one individual, because this individual had a great power even though the Team is led by one individual who had so much power.

Finally the important point — that what I think is the best solution to the problem in every transnational team is to develop and develop the best group structure for developing, building and improving the global team. I have a team of nine that I am happy with and I am convinced that it is the best solution for that. The goal is to develop and develop an international team in every transnational team, which is the task of having the best transnational teams that will work together to
