I read a text called “DNA as destiny” by David Duncan. He wrote many articles for newspapers but most importantly Duncan won the AAAS Science Journalism award . In this article David visited many scientists to find out about his genes and disaffects. He had many questions about himself, where he came from, and what to expect for his future. There are three things I agree on. I agree that each person should have a different prescription, that each persons gene is different, and that DNA can tell if you will have some sort of sickness or disease.

First, each person has different genes. Some people are born in one country and others are born in other countries. All people have different sicknesses and other people might not get sick at all. People are all different, not one person is the same.

Secondly, all doctors need to know your DNA type because each person needs a certain type of prescription for his/her body. All bodys react differently to prescriptions. Some prescriptions may help you while others may be harmful to you.

Next, DNA can tell you if you are sick or have some sort of disease. This way DNA can save lives by showing doctors if you have cancer, diabetes, and risk of heart attack or stroke. Also it the DNA can approximately show at what age you will die.

In conclusion, thanks to DNA we can prevent or possibly prevent the problem from happening. From the story, I agree that each person should have different prescriptions, each persons gene is different, and that DNA can tell if you are sick or have decease. As you can see, DNA can tell your whole life story.¬¬¬
