The Taking of Life
I might think that it is right to eat peas with a fork and someone else might think that it is right to eat peas with a spoon. This is amoral that I have, and others might have different morals on how to eat peas. It is what makes a person decide between what is right and what is wrong. Morals make each and everyone of us unique. They are what define us as an individual person. If everyone had all the same morals, what would make us different from each other? Many people claim to share the same morals regarding religion but still might show faith in a different manner. One might say that they have no morals at all; but in saying that, it is a moral. Peoples morals range greatly from little morals, such as how they eat their peas, to much larger morals, such as abortion. Obviously the world differs on their opinion on many large issues like abortion, and these are the issues that are most important and need to be addressed.

Today in America, those supporting and opposing abortion engage in very heated debates. The reason for this is that the many people in America all have different view points on abortion. Different things play a factor as to why they believe what they do about the issue. One of the main factors lies within religion. Another is that America wants separation between church and state. Some people just want more power to themselves.

For those that believe in God, they know that it is a sin to take ones life. One of the Ten Commandments, in the Bible is Thou shall not kill. When abortions are happening this is obviously what is talking place. Innocent babies that never had a chance to breath are being taken away from the world. Gods unborn children do not even get a chance to make something of them. These children all have potential to become something great if just given a chance. This also brings up the question of when is an unborn baby alive. Some Christians are still for abortion because they feel that you cannot kill something that is not alive. I feel that as soon a woman conceives a child and the cell in that unborn child begin to multiply, life is present. If it were not alive, God would not allow for the cells to multiply.

The separation of church and state is crucial when it comes to the country as a whole. There is not only one religion in America. To properly include everyone, religion needs to become obsolete. If our government forced people to follow the rules of a particular religion, such as Christianity, than it would not be a free country. Even though many Christians are against abortion, there are still some that are for it. The question raised here is why would you give up what is right in your religion for what is right in you country? I feel that if they are truly religious than they would not allow this to happen. They are just throwing their morals in the trash. As a country we cannot just throw away all morals. That is what causes corruption. Since there are so many different religion that we do not want to impose on we have to create a huge gray area for them. This causes the government to become more lenient towards break laws. It has got to the point that we are killing babies.

America has become oblivious to what problems are being caused due to power of the people. Everyone wants more power but does not want to face the consequences of it. We have used the power of the people to prove that killing is ok. How are we better than
