There are different generations; I happen to belong to Generation X. Generation X is the generation born between 1965 and 1981. This generation tends to be the most often the children of divorced parents, latch key kids, AIDS, corruption in the world, downsizing, and also to space shuttle disasters. The values of the Generation X, they focus on extrinsic rewards from their work, they learned to become tech savvy, learn quickly, have a work life balance, and embrace diversity.

By continuing my education and learning about the other generations and what they are like help me to be competitive when competing for jobs.
