HOW INNOVATIVE AM I ? 26/01/2010
Innovation: a new way of doing something or new stuff that is made useful. If we consider the word Innovation as a change, It could be radical, revolutionary or emergent in thinking, product process or organizations (Wikipedia).
IMPROVEMENT or CHANGE TO SOMETHING DIFFERENT
In my opinion thing that improve my innovative point of view is travel. Because Travelling is the mean that permits you to face completely different everyday life situations , like different environments, cultures and societies.
For example: spending one month alone in a country that mostly different from Mediterranean countries means that I had to face great changes starting from the way I used to approach people.
Comparing the Italians, Finnish people are more silence , straight and efficient.
comparing others my way of thinking is more effective and creative and sometimes innovative.
For example, I could not sell my ultimate, creative and fashion product in finland just because their needs maybe dont include fashion as an important detail. (Ferrari , Ducati and Lamborghini are quite useless in northern Europe).
Thanks to this culture I started to analyze better the Pragmatical and efficient way of thinking.
In fact since I decided to travel as much as I could, it helped me a lot and let me easy to think different and solving everyday situations in an innovative way.
Comparing two or more societies( clients behavior and needs, product processes and Marketing strategy as well) you could find those matches and links that could be the starting point for a new innovative strategy to maximize profits.
One of my good qualities is the willing to do tasks, job or assignment in the best way or in a original way at least .
Fortunately My friends supported me to continue my ideas or just thoughts that could seem ambiguous , but in the end became innovative project works.
Working in a focus group is the thing that challenge me the most my creativity.
I think that creativity is a gift rather than a quality that could be improved.
My Idea of Innovation concerns about the creation of a new different system ( could be a baking , productive, partnership or managerial system etc.) that makes obsolete the old one.
Sometimes I. could be interpreted like a need in order to face social changing.
