Does phone sizes matter? – it is indeed a question that forcefully has popped in our heads even for once. From the good old days of Nokias 3310 1-inch view to the present day of Samsungs S5 5.2-inch view, people just cant seem to get enough of varying phone sizes because, yes, it does matter indeed. People often use their phones for everything from checking the internet, posting a facebook status, tweeting how wonderful their day is, to practically texting and calling. Although the first use of such handheld devices are for communication, phones today can be used as music players and cameras as well. If everything can be done using only a single device, then I agree that the size of the mobile phones are important. Since then, the demand of bigger screen handheld devices has bengen continually increas year over year and thus many industries find it amusing to create more of those kinds than stick to the regular.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a smartphone device, but more of a typical phablet device measuring 5.7-inch display – that allows people benefit from its size than bear the burden of the cost. With more screen size comes more productivity and that goes without saying because nowadays, multitasking in our phones is plausible and we are doing it everyday even though we dont notice it. We have more spaces to split the windows into two and multitask applications, running our task reminder while playing a game or even texting and listening to music, writing a note while editing a picture, all the functions of our phones can be done simultaneously thanks to the rather impressive wide screens on our devices. This of course without a doubt makes our time more efficient and speeds up the labor to do so, in turn, the productivty rate of our multitasking also increases.

Increasing productivity in our phones isnt the only thing bigger screen do, but of course, bigger screens have bigger costs such as the price and battery consumption. If we compare the price of an above 5-inch phone to something of much lower, the price range between them is not beyond reach. The same goes with the running time on or phones. The bigger they are, the faster they drain and many find this imperfection typical yet gruesome. They are though
