Individual decision makers can be a
single person or a computer system.
Multiple decision makers can be:
groups where all members have a say in
the decisions,
teams where members support a single
decision maker, or
organizational where global agreement is
needed.

The effect of a particular style depends
on problem context, perceptions of the
