Training Session
The two day training session will start off with preparation four weeks in advanced. The reason for starting preparation so early is minimize scheduling issues. The presenter and trainer schedules needed to be open and aligned for the training session. Participants will be coming from around the country and it is necessary to get verbal and written confirmations to continue with airfare and hotel accommodations.
The preparation will consist of the following:
Invitations(RSVP)
Airline tickets
Hotel accommodations for all (including conference room for two day training event)
Transportation accommodations to and from airport
Meal accommodations
Training equipment (setup & test equipment)
Training material
Send out itinerary to all participants of training session
Day one of the training sessions will go as followed:
Breakfast
Intro meeting for all to get acquainted
Day one agenda
Training session 1
Break
Training session 2
Lunch catered in from local restaurant
Training session 3
Break
Review lessons (training activity)
Summary of day one training session with Q&A for all participants
Dinner for all away from the hotel
Day two of the training sessions will go as followed:
