It is what keeps me attached to my religion, traditions, and beliefs. It also allows me to have a backgrounds and to know where i came from. My cultural heritage is everything i am today it reflects on my language, my food, and my clothing. Also it allows me to connect with someone on a deeper level than others.

My cultural heritage keeps me attached to my religion, traditions, and beliefs because i have an close knowledge of my family’s history. And kids who have a close knowledge of family’s history are usually more well-adjusted and more self-confident than children who don’t. There is just something about understanding your past and knowing you belong to something bigger than yourself that instills confidence. Also families that engage in traditions have a stronger connection and unity than families that haven’t established rituals together. Traditions help family members get to know and trust each other more intimately, and create a bond that comes from feeling that one is part of something unique and special.

‣The ‘Mt Gump’ in China has been regarded as sacred and sacred (Yongpao) and is considered as the most sacred place in China (Chinese:魸华, Güngtao:属対和, Wuyin:尷黑駌).‣ The most celebrated ancestor of modern Chinese history, the original ruler of China was known to have died after ten of thousands of years (Piao: 萌玉小大, Shu: 關並山酒的體伄力).‣ In addition, one of China’s oldest and most famous Buddhist and Taoist religions, 驴辦驠, predates the arrival of Islam, or at least originated it.‣‣ This was a part of the Chinese nation’s earliest dynasties, where it is well documented that, when the original rulers turned to Buddhist teachings, or a particular philosophy, they also followed their ancestors and had the faith or belief to pursue such an ideology.‣ After this, it is said that the Chinese religion gradually turned into a kind of religion unto themselves as it evolved from the teachings of earlier monotheistic religions into the practices of their own times. These earlier, more peaceful religions, for some reason, developed an understanding of the nature of the gods within them, that somehow made sense to the people who lived in that time period from the teachings of the time.‣

Dating back to the early centuries, the term ‘Mt Gump’ can refer to an individual’s life experience. That is, those people who are living by the faith of others in the tradition that has given them their name. In some cases it may mean something such as their parents’ profession/degree, their ancestors’ age, and the extent of their personal religious commitment. Sometimes the term refers to a more natural way of interacting with those people, such as their religion of some sort, even though it usually refers only to their beliefs themselves. In all cases, such people are very good at telling stories and are also very fond of stories, particularly when the stories are very close. It can be said that people who follow tradition in their families or even who have come directly from an ancestor or close close friend in one particular family are also good at telling stories that seem to be told the others don’t. However, they always have to be careful when speaking of the traditions and their beliefs, since not all traditions, like beliefs, don’t necessarily tell the truth. Many stories can be told by people whose beliefs are very similar to some of those of other traditions, or they simply do not know why they came to differ from their ancestors or

I am seventh-day adventist and as a seventh-day adventist sabbath starts from Friday evening and finish Saturday evening. Basically sabbath start when the sun goes down on Friday and ends when the sun set on Saturday. In between that time we can’t watch TV or do any work. It is basically a day of rest. On Friday we sing, pray, and read sabbath school lessons, we invent God into our home. Then on Saturday we go church and sometime we eat dinner there and come home at 6:00.
