Thurgood Marshall School
Thurgood Marshall School
Would David Kaneā€˜The man of the great ability to handle tough situations be up to this huge responsibility and collect the pieces of the almost collapsed Thurgood Marshall high school ? or would he follow Dr. Parkers steps and resign to be another broken man conquered by this vehement school, giving a chance to Wiliam Jones to take his place as a principle of Marshalls school ?

Second, there was shortage in the number of teachers due to the budget cutback. Third, the assumption that there was no synchronization and harmony among the working staff with conflicts between the house masters and the head of the departments. Finally, a lot of people assumed that the drop in the students grades was caused by the student fear and their feelings of being insecure.

Kane would need a powerful strategy to run this formidable school, he should apply an efficient employment security plan, workers should attain a safe place to work so they can perform better, on the other hand, the students should feel safe to concentrate on their study to improve their grades. Kane had to get professional guards mainly allocated near gates to secure campus without disrupting students intuitions. Welsy chase had a good view in not locking the doors, since from exhibit-1 the main gate is far from the houses so students and staff had to struggle daily to reach their classes and the autonomy of the house system would be infringed.
