Project name: Get Real Fitness Center
Project Manager:
Direct Objective: To construct a 3500 square foot Fitness center including all equipment within 5 months, and under $450,000.
Milestones:
Planning completion: April 10, 2013
All zoning requirements met: April 15, 2013
Break ground and foundation completion: April 30th 2013
Plumbing, Framing, Roofing, and windows complete. May 20th, 2013
Electrical and HVAC installed: May 25th, 2013
Parking lot, sidewalks, and lighting complete: June 20th, 2013
Internal work complete (drywall, paint, lighting, flooring, etc.) July 15th, 2013
Equipment delivered and installed (workout equipment, phones and computers) August 1st, 2013.
Final Inspections: Fire and Electrical inspections are made and up to code: August 10th, 2013
Technical Requirements: All zoning regulations are met and are up to code. All inspections are completed by Fire Marshall and all electrical and plumbing codes are met.
Limits and exclusions: All project plans are made according to the customers initial price. Any additions the customer may want to include will have to be made after the initial project.
Customer Review: All meetings with the customer by the project team will be conducted when each milestone has been met. The project team will cover all details of the milestone, and answer any questions the customer may have. Once the customer agrees to the paperwork presented then the customer will sign and construction will continue.
