For instance, Intel Corporation interested in whether a customer wants to purchase CPU, and people who interested in computer can test this CPU. Afterwards, assessments are needed. Company should through assessments to understand core customer needs, this is because business could know the acceptance of new products and service from consumers. Thirdly, concept presentation is aim to present the benefit of products or services to costumers.
