Communication with department CSA requirements for flue space retrieval and identifying out of place materials found throughout the warehouse.
Confirmation of each CSA awareness and knowledge of the IRP process also methods & tactic for accuracy
Engagement of each customer, identifying awkward behavior and patronage that may lead to RWD.
Product groups & items of high impact
High end faucets and circulating pumps along with copper fittings are areas of focus for shrink prevention.
Kitchen faucets are affected by the elements of theft. Many times the boxes of a faucet is found in the nearby aisles including aisle 35 and 28.
Banding of faucets $200 and up will help. Customers are often reluctant to help offered whilst they are opening the boxes of faucets. Customer engagement and impact may lead to RWD and minimize margin loss from mark down due to missing parts.

Water Heaters are sold by plumbing Specialist, yet credit is due to Appliances. Return Authorization process must be made simplified for register trained associates. Incorrect methods have led to shrink in this product group. No RA no credit from the Vendor hence the loss.
