Pumpkin Cinnamon Streusel Buns

Buns:
1 pkg dry yeast (about 2-1/4 tsp)
Ðј cup warm water(100 to 110 degrees)
2-3/4 cup flour Ð- divided
ÐÐ cup canned pumpkin pie
ÐÐ… cup low-fat milk
Ðј cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1-1/4 tsp salt
Ðј tsp ground nutmeg
Cooking spray
Filling:
3 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp chilled butter, but into small pieces
Glaze:
ÐÑ* cup powdered sugar (sifted)
1 tbsp hot water
Ðј tsp vanilla
To prepare buns, dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl, let stand for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups flour, pumpkin, milk, butter, sugar, salt & nutmeg. Beat with mixer at medium speed until smooth. Turn dough out onto floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic (10 minutes or so), adding enough flour to keep doug from sticking to hands.
