I am currently a sophomore of PAREF Woodrose School in Metro Manila, Philippines. I am looking for a culinary school that my fit my needs & profile, and the Culinary Institute of America has caught my attention. Because the Culinary Institute of America offers an excellent Baking and Pastry Arts program which I believe can provide me with a comprehensive knowledge of cooking and baking methods, leadership skills, and understanding of the business of food that will help prepare me to meet the challenges of a demanding industry, it is on my list of target schools.
