Reaction Paper on MBTI and CCAI
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator was very helpful in giving me a verbal understanding of what kind of a person I am. It highlighted my strengths and weaknesses with an amazing degree of accuracy. Initially, I was doubtful whether it would really be an exercise worth the time and money, but, after seeing the results and analyses I got to know what kind of a person I am from a third-eye perspective. The MBTI came up with the personality type ESTP or Extraverted Sensing with Thinking for me. After reading the description I was surprised to notice the number of aspects that I actually relate with and of what I always thought about myself as a person. It associated me as a “friendly, adaptable realist, unprejudiced, open-minded and tolerant” person with the ability to pull conflicting factions together. After dwelling on it and trying to relate it to past events and to what I thought about myself, I totally agree with the verbal description of my personality.

One aspect that I felt the need to work on was me being labeled as a person who gives lot of value to materialistic possessions.
