[pic 1]The sustainable development strategy of CSW Executive summaryChina sharing world (CSW) is a non-profit organization aimed at disclosure environmental information. Corporations disclose environmental information to CSW, who processes information in an objective and transparent way. Then, information is provided to information users who rely on data and insights to manage risks and make decisions. There are five key stakeholders in our cluster including fossil fuel producer, fossil fuel customer, CSW, government and invertors. Our paper is focus on the thirteenth goal of United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development: taking urgent action to combat climate change and impacts. Therefore, this cluster is created to combat smog weather in china through sustainable development. Although all of the five stakeholders are diverse in their own goals, purpose and values, our cluster is devoted to creating a shared value through promoting each stakeholder to work together and maximize their benefit both economically and socially. This article aims to highlight the background and strategic environment of our cluster followed by the vision, shared purpose, goals and top values (we called it “big four”). Then it analyses the core competence and SWOT to demonstrate the interdependence of each stakeholder as well as the internal and external environmental of this cluster. After that, this report analyses the culture and incentive schemes through performance metrics to make sure the quality of stakeholders is maximized. In the end, a scorecard is designed as a tool to keep record of the progress.
