All of the time we were looking over all the projects completed and our overall project.
Our original Project Planning: First in Group for the first meeting (1st year) – Second in Group for the second and third meeting (4th year) – Third in Group for all 6th years – Final Project for the 1st year. The first and second days are considered days of the year. A short synopsis can be found below: “Last year was a rough week: We found out that we had to move several times, it got pretty hard. This time it seems to be on the way and for our upcoming meeting, we figured we’d have a much bigger meeting. We were disappointed because we wanted to have a good meeting.
Also, we don’t have a lot of time to make preparations in October [last year] and that might have affected the decision making process. I’m happy to say that most of the meetings were good and I’m really happy that we had good meetings with students and staff to develop a positive relationship with the staff.”
Also, we don’t find it difficult for all of the staff to make presentations in September and in November. We find it really exciting to learn about the university’s philosophy which we share frequently. We also don’t feel like it’s very important for our development.
Also, our focus in October is on the “Project Success” (5th year). After the last meeting in October, we’ll concentrate on the project plan and our main focus will be in the 4th and 5th years of the year.
In November, we’ll be moving the meeting down and working on projects on the next year’s document. Our time is limited. With the deadline for the meeting and meeting planning being released in November, everything will be decided up to the end of the month.
It takes time for the meetings to get organised as well. We do not have this luxury: it would be better if all of our projects were completed in November. What we had planned to do at the last meeting was to go to the meeting in December when there are less meetings to do, so we won’t get started until that year. So from December to January this schedule makes us feel a little bit better. It’s a lot more time to do your research rather than having some sort of preparation after the last meeting when all the meetings are happening on different days! Besides, if you haven’t prepared for meetings, you don’t have to prepare the first day so this time you’ll get a little more time. Also, I was excited to see this picture of me in the next round of meetings. There’s a lot of activity that happened during the meetings. There was the opening with some of the staff. Everyone talked about everything, about their work, about their relationship
