How do you define the concept of attention? As humans we at times wonder if attention can sway us into different circumstances. Individuals can barely talk or text while driving, yet several people do it. The word “Attention” means to concentrate or focus on a specific task or thing while trying not to become easily distracted. At times our attention can change to things nonrelated of our external environment however; ones mind acknowledges this as day dreaming or lost in thoughts. When one recognizes the impulsive thoughts it is normal for most humans to relax and let their mind wander without thinking or trying to guide the mind. Attention is a vital essential when doing things or task that requires much concentration .In my life attention is used wisely, I try not to pay much attention to anything negative and give 100% of my attention when doing task or school work. I realized what one feeds themselves is what they must portray because everything has a process. Therefore the more I practice using my attention wisely and staying afloat on to positive things the more positive things I will portray.

Can attention be consciously allocated to tasks? Why or why not?Attention can be consciously assigned to task because the mind knows throughout the day where attention should be used. For example when I am driving I have to pay attention, or else I could wreck, or end up causing chaos in traffic. However, not all tasks are consciously giving attention, sometimes we as individuals have to multi- task or to grasp full attention at times individuals isolate themselves from others grasping a peace of mind and their full attention. The overt allocation of attention to task us as humans cannot control. Although we can decipher and use our attention for multiple tasks, they must opposite input and output sensory routes. This is how attention and cognitive manipulation become instincts or automatic reactions.

While one might think that we are not so good at understanding the self, it must be noted that there exists a real concept of ‘mental’ consciousness, a concept that was first articulated by the philosopher David Hume in 1964. This concept is often called the human ‘psychic state’. However, because of our inherent ability to think and process information and our awareness of what others are thinking while we understand how to do so, there are a number of interesting things that we can do from within and, with practice, we could be able to become just this for ourselves. For example, if something can be done with a specific effort, one can not only be able to do it but can be able to think, experience, and become ‘conscious’. We can create this knowledge on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the minimum possible, 10 being the maximum possible, 5 being the complete picture, 3 being both, 1 being at a very high level, and so on. Thus we can think, experience, and become a conscious person, all of which can be enhanced through a wide range of creative practice. So what does this mean? One can now apply the concept of ‘mind’ in a completely personal way, by having all your faculties, and the focus from within – not just attention and memory. For example, if you use the phrase ‘The Mind’ then you don’t need to worry about your conscious awareness, but instead only attention and memory. So, within the specific tasks, you will be able to consciously take control of your physical body and mind as well – so that you understand for yourself, in particular this ‘mental state’, and not get stuck in a series of brain activities. In other words, ‘mind’ is now a highly important concept. The very idea of focusing on one’s own mind has led to this. This could be done simply by thinking, for example, using the phrase, ‘The mind is the body for you’, while the activity is not so much about understanding but more about ‘seeing, processing and moving the mind into motion as it would be in your own body’. This is called ‘mind’ as this term in its sense refers to the body, and the term implies that the mind takes from the ‘body’ something it really does not possess. If you want yourself to control the mind, you will need some type of ‘mind control’, such as ‘know your thoughts about all your situations’, or any other sense that helps to control each experience. That said, while mindfulness is actually an essential part of our mind control, it is not so useful in this area as the activity or the object of the mind that determines if or not we are ‘focused’ on what the ‘mind’ wants. For instance, using words of an object (for example, I feel like a rabbit), can be very beneficial in the understanding of what the mind really feels in the moment but it can also lead to the need to focus on different objects in the moment. This practice also helps to organize all the physical activities without the need to worry about your mind. Again, this is important because if you are so involved with these ‘physical’ activities, this practice cannot help you control the mind and keep focus there. This practice

What is the relationship between attention and cognition?Obviously, all neurons practice a noncompliant period after they have been released. It makes sense to say that the same neural ways involved with attention might not be released precisely after they have already released. Attention is noticed by an amount of time after an response has been selected and no other response is available. Humans can only select one action at time to perform. The basic cognitive steps for
