In other words, a great deal of business needs to be done for the new management to make their business plan work for the employees. A basic goal should be to ensure that the operating cost of employees’ financial accounts is higher than costs of production. In order to achieve these objectives the accounting systems can be strengthened to reduce the use of false information about employees, and to provide for a much better standard of living. The company should look into other methods of accounting, such as tax and service income; and finally, it should make use of technology to improve the quality of the financial reporting in order to better support the shareholders.

As the company develops, its employees are able to pay higher salary. In addition, after paying the higher salary, customers are able to continue to enjoy the benefits of the business without having to go to work when the job is done. It is not a matter where the company will succeed, it is the fact that it will work under extremely difficult conditions. In spite of all of which, the company has achieved its goal. The company should therefore focus on making money from its staff and reduce its costs. It should give employees a job worth living, which will have higher profitability.

The government is also trying to change the law on the accounting for the private income. It intends to impose a fine of not less than 30 percent, to be paid back to the shareholders in proportion to the value of the income and to be deposited in a savings account for the working conditions of the employees. The law does not specify an amount in excess of 200 percent of the value of the employee’s salary. The government should follow the recommendations on its own initiative to make it difficult for the financial companies to profit from the problem as it has not worked out its problems, and to introduce laws to regulate the accounting of private income when there was no need to do so

Because the weather is the deciding factor for the operations of the company, the organization should work to assess the weather the day before hand and ensure that the employees are informed when they are to be in the work place. The variability of the car washes that are completed is highly dependent on the pavement function due to the fact that the increase in demand is caused by drier pavements. To keep employees motivated even on the non-wash days, they should be given extra job allocations on the company premises as this will reduce the turnover rates in the organization. The company requires a team of 20 to 22 employees at the organizational site to undertake the washing of an average of 180 cars. The employees should be allocated a constant working period where they will be required to be in the organization under seeing the car wash operations. This will reduce the high turnover prospective rates that the company will experience if the employees are not given the proper time allocation (Milkovich, Newman & Gerhard, 2008; Rabin, 1995).

For the employees that are working it is their right to receive compensation that is equivalent to the services that they are providing in the corporation. The compensation package of an organization should be structured in a manner that will retain the employees who are competent.
