At global level, Motorola Solutions reported total revenues of $1.9 billion in Q1 2011, up 8% from first-quarter 2010.

The latest contracts and successful deployments secured by the company were with Fondo de Vigilancia y Seguridad in Colombia; Guarda Civil Metropolitana in Sao Paulo, Brazil; the Army in Brazil; Presidente Intercontinental, the Mexican hotel chain; and Los Portales Estacionamientos in Peru.
