This person is so kind and she handles her employee very well and when in comes to business field she speaks professionally.

The second is Mrs. Maria Anelina Avendano the sales manager of the Honda car this person dont allow us to have interact interview with her, she just only answers the survey paper sheet that we given to her.

And lastly is Ms Monica Mang-labanan the supervisor of the S.E.A Olympus actually my partner already knew her so that, Isnt that hard to ask questions with her when interviewing happens.

Interviewing a manager/supervisor was a great experience and we have learned a lot from it.
It was a great learning experience by getting to know the manager’s duties and perspectives. Being a manager requires a lot of work, skills, and determination.
