Recommendation for Sun to Increase Team CohesionRe: Recommendation for Sun to increase team cohesionThey key issue James is facing at Sun is the lack of team unity and unstandardized communication mechanisms. My recommendation is for James to create team cohesion by creating committee of ambassadors for each region that will be in charge with staying in constant contact with James and the other ambassadors about what is happening. This way there is a larger chain of command and these ambassadors can better focus on ensuring incidents like HS Holdings does not happen again. Standardizing the protocol of communication is also key. The protocol should be the same during weekdays/weekends because time differences in each region can cause confusion again. HR from each region should also communication with the ambassadors if issues between regions arise or hinders work flow.

We should put together a more streamlined and streamlined staff. This might include us doing more to help ensure stability and better accountability.

We should also develop additional governance standards for staffs, which would include the ability to improve the performance of staff members, manage conflict and conflict management and make better decisions over the longer term.

This is an idea from James S. which would also expand on what is already well underway and help with governance and governance in a more inclusive, collaborative, and efficient manner. It would also be an idea based on both team and region.

I was on the Sun team for almost ten years (and even had a team chair before) and I have seen great success with team co-chairs (though not as much as James). I like what James has and hope this will change. I was asked by a member of the Sun team (who works for this team) to become interim chairman (and chair of the leadership). My first answer was to leave and if I would have left I’d have a different feeling from the other team chair. However, I had to let him know this wasn’t a bad suggestion and let me know I needed to do it. James gave me my last two (and last) year positions, and if I really wanted to be a director I could have done better. He gave me more than the time he would say to me – but he was very generous.

After he left we decided to form a team. This would help with governance and governance in a more inclusive, collaborative and efficient manner. It would also be a way to communicate more clearly and quickly with the leadership.

-James

This would also be to give more flexibility to the leadership. More flexibility in governance also helps ensure we give priority to our team and inclusiveness.

-James

Thanks for your time James. I hope you will take a look at the current system and how you might have changed it in the future. We appreciate you getting involved here and will see you next time.

Thank you – James!

James S. took a lot of questions over this time, got me to believe in himself, and helped to help others. James S wants to do things that others don’t do. We need leadership that will help others with their own priorities, but those that are open & honest. He believes that everyone is empowered and can achieve success in this world. It is my sincere hope that we can keep growing together in ways that allow each other to keep growing in this city.

James has been a part of this organization for 30 years or more. The Sun staff helped with both governance governance (and managing) and oversight of the club. The Sun has a long and proud history including a great foundation of leadership (including the first Sun leadership coach, Jim MacLeod of South Africa) whose service led to hundreds of clubs (amongst other things) being established among the many countries where Sun football was played. The Sun is also a supporter of the AFL and is one of the
