The opportunity of using space to make money by selling goods and services to governments and private customers has become very prevalent in Europe, Nigeria and Russia and is growing rapidly. Government plats a huge and active part in the capitalizing and promoting of commercial space, they carry this role out by creating policies that are regulatory and polices that lead government agencies into purchasing services or hardware from companies.eg. Buying data from remote sensing satellite companies.

“Space has become a global enterprise with the number of nations and firms with space goods and services growing rapidly. And not only are more people involved in space but also the unique advantages of the space environment have contributed greatly to the growing trend toward globalization through its almost universal coverage of populated areas with communications and observation products and services.” (Hertzfeld. H. R chapter. 5) Commercial space is becoming a global trend as more countries are buying into it and expanding their investment in space and the businesses it has to offer. Dating back 50 years ago the US was the only country that bought into space and made millions of dollars of investment in it. Today countries like Europe, Africa: Nigeria and Russia government are investing millions into commercial space and improving their space programs to attract more people and investors.

EuropeEuropeans rely on space for many of their services and systems such as those necessary for our wellbeing and security on earth. These services include; travelling by air, navigation systems, conducting financial transactions and using their cell phones. The European government strong believes that space plays a great role in the lives of the citizens and has decided to propose a space policy to improve and withhold the obstacles that might come in the way in regards to their dependence on space and technology. In an article released by the European Commission titled; Enterprise and Industry, the European Space Policy stated: “Europe needs an effective space policy that will allow the EU to take the global lead in selected strategic policy areas. Space can provide the tool to address many of the global challenges

The Article is the latest in a series of EU-sponsored actions to protect human rights in space. Recently, in April, the European Parliament, the European Parliament’s executive body, launched a draft legislation aimed at the establishment of European Space Law. This legislation will include the first clear legislative mandate for the creation of a Space Policy. The EU and the states have already started discussing new Space Policy with the Federal Register of member states.

In addition, in October 2016, the European Parliament adopted a revised Space Policy which will include the rights and responsibilities of EU Member States in protecting the privacy, security and prosperity of the public. A further draft Space Policy was already introduced by the Government of Serbia.

Since these EU-sponsored actions take part in the international and regional field of space surveillance, we also want to offer a roadmap to ensure that the progress of their new Space Policy are recognised and made possible through the international effort.

Cultural Space

During recent years, the growing international interest in coscience, space research, geophysics and astronomy is well-integrated into our society. As such, the space industry needs to be recognised as a critical part of a sustainable global community.

An example of our collective culture is the space industry’s dedication of culture to developing new technologies that are beneficial to humans that are beneficial to our environment. In fact, recent research, from several sources, has shown that the scientific data that is available on how to interpret biological data, can dramatically improve understanding of the human nervous system, and is linked with new therapeutics.

At the very highest level, space has already become an important part of our knowledge base. Scientists at several universities around the world are being trained to apply the knowledge gathered from their own space experiences to understand the mechanisms and applications of space and its potential for health and environment.

With this understanding of our natural environment, scientists from around the world also draw on the power of cosmology to better understand and understand Earth’s complex gravitational and magnetic interiors. In contrast to previous scientific and technological advances, science is now rapidly growing within our community – most notably through the formation and development of new methods of observing and reporting on the physical laws of nature, the laws of evolution and the evolution of the cosmological field, and by the development of space related technologies such as solar fusion and geobotanical telescopes.

These technologies have been recently deployed on the international space station, the Shenzhou space station, to make solar eclipse observations. Since our development in the mid-1970s, more and more countries are joining the efforts to understand both the physical laws of motion, gravitational theory, radiation and cosmic rays in order to design and integrate these properties into space design.
