The success of this company is due to the structure and management of how this company has been run. ” In 1886, John Permberton, an Atlanta pharmacist and civil war veteran with a passion for making home made headache cures, brewed the first batch of Coca-Cola.” When Coca-Cola started to become popular a business man named As a Candler bought the beverage from Pemberton and started Coca-Cola on its road to success. Candler had the resources to start the Coca-Cola Empire and due to the functions of management as a foundation, it has reached success and remained as one of the biggest companies in the world.

The four functions of management include: planning, management, leading and controlling. Internal factors impacted the PLOC in many different ways. Everything internal and external for this company deals with planning, organizing, leading and controlling, as it is the foundation for any management team.

Coca-Cola started out small in Atlanta, once as a Candler started the Coca-Cola company he ” begun an active and innovative marketing campaign that spurred the wide distribution of Coke across the United States.” Once he had this going he had to strategically plan on how to bottle his soft drink and get it ready for shipping. Once the product was bottled he had to plan on how his product would be distributed. “In 1899 the Coca-Cola company first signed a bottling contract, As a Candler did not believe bottling would be successful and sold the bottling rights to Benjamin Thomas and Joseph Whitehead.” They successfully bottled the Coca-Cola product. Now that bottling and shipping the product wasnt the issue, Coca-Cola was shipped throughout the United States and even became international. “The first soda fountain sales to Canada and Mexico were recorded in 1897 and the first international bottler – in Panama–was established in 1906.” ” Coca-Cola entered China in 1927 and their 100th country -Sierra Leone–in 1957. Coca-Cola now became a globalize product.” “They operate worldwide, transcending national borders.

Looking into a more technological view of how Coca-Cola came about and its technological uses then and now, we will start with how Coca-Cola came about: In 1886, John Pemberton, discovered the drink for making homemade headache cures. Coca Cola was successful due in part to their technological systems. One of the most important ways this drink became so successful was first developed for medical purposes, being made for this purpose, along with being used for purposes such as opening a soda parlor where people can go to taste the different types of beverage syrups served by some “soda jerks.” As time passed many different types of technology developed.

There are many different types of ways this drink affects us every day and most people do not know that this drink is being used to remove blood from highway asphalt after an accident. It will dissolve a T-bone steak in two days, clean a toilet, remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers and remove grease from clothes. These are some of the technological ways coke can improve lives throughout America and the world. As this business improved, transportation technology also improved along with the ability of using bottling technology system to manufacture and distribute this product. Such innovations were created like the Crown Seal, which was invented in 1892. This type of bottling took the country by storm.

Bottling was a new sensation experienced all over the country. Since this breakthrough of producing and distributing was created to be enjoyed by all throughout the world. A new type of technology emerged known as “sugar water” and how in this day and age are how its being developed for example, using rainwater harvesting in Kerala India using fresh and state of the art ways leading to enjoy this drink. By using this new and modern of using this technology will not only lead this great company to create new and better ways of producing and distributing Coca Cola. As new and improved ways of using fine ingredients to make, manufacture and distribution are being found to enjoy on a sunny, summer afternoon, leading up to simply enjoying this fine drink. We must do our part to think have new and ways of improving dispensing machines will only ability to get this demand for pleasure.

New and improved dispensing machines are being presented, having the ability to purchase a Coke product using a credit card, or a debit card to make it easier and more convenient for the consumer. The consumer will absolutely be impressed with this and with this type of technology will pave the way for future technological advances. With advances like this has caused people throughout the world to enjoy a cold and refreshed beverage to relax and enjoy a few minutes of pleasure. If we have the ability to bring people together by drinking Coca Cola just imagine what else we can do!

Coca-Cola is clearly a worldwide name and is definitely an American staple. Coca-Cola has not however managed to become a world known and remained that way simply from the beverage side. Continuous innovations within the company are what have allowed Coca-Cola to etch its name into an entire world. Coca cola has steered from solely beverage products and has innovatively designed numerous amounts of products that will subconsciously make you want to have a cold Coca-Cola beverage. You can have any multitude of coke items ranging from coasters, ornaments, coolers, to coca cola sleeves that are personalized to the event you are catering. It is amazing the items the Coca-Cola label has been placed on. Also, with innovation, the number of coca cola products has grown tremendously over the years.

Coca-Cola is not a brand name. Coca-Cola is not the only brand on that. But from it’s simple marketing it is clear that Coca-Cola isn’t alone in the world and has no unique brand. Coca Cola is very much a corporate brand, with many of its products being created in large global corporations (e.g., Coca-Cola, Wines, Coke, Starbucks, McDonalds, Starbucks Group), PepsiCo, Coke, Coca-Cola Co., and Coca and Pepsi are often the sole two brands that dominate the world. They have also established themselves as the single largest industry within the beverage industry. Coca-Cola is thus now considered the one that has a monopoly in the world and an influence in the world of education products, advertising and even television.

Coca is the one, the only global brand that exists solely to promote this brand. It appears as a global brand. Coca Cola is well known and a global brand. The global brand has become such a common label within the world for Coca-Cola.

Coca cola is still associated with many people in the world thanks to its complex packaging and design and the extensive use of Coca-Cola as a brand name. However when it is used as a name, it becomes the sole name and is no longer considered a brand brand. Because PepsiCo uses the same name across many other types of Coca Co products is it a new name for this new Coca-Cola brand. It has to be clear that Coca cola hasn’t received much recognition from the world. It may be one or two others, but so far more than anything that can be considered a brand is known to be in use in North America and Australia. So there is little sense that it will receive much media attention.

In fact, Coke is only listed in the “Best American Beverages” category on a global basis. There is nothing to indicate that it isn’t considered part of CocaCola in other countries. Coca Cola is the only brand that has a large share of the nation for Coca Cola International. And the brand will be in the news for many months to come as they become more important and recognizable. Coca Cola has been on an annualized growth track as the world becomes larger and more important.

What’s the Takeaway for Coke?
