Clean Edge – Paramount Health and Beauty CompanyIntroductionParamount Health and Beauty Company are preparing to launch a new improved razor product called Clean Edge. This improved innovative design is to provide superior performance by stimulating the hair follicles to lift the hair from the skin, allowing for a closer shave. It has already been agreed by Company executives that Clean Edge should be priced in the super-premium market and introduced into the men’s market where it has the strongest presence. However, the question or problem posed for Jackson Randall, the Product Manager of Clean Edge is what is going to be the positioning strategy to launch the product keeping in mind the framework of the company. The strategy is going to be one that minimally or does not cannibalize existing products. Other factors to take into consideration of the Clean Edge launch are product positioning, brand name, and marketing budget allocations.
Movies: “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”
A lot of people feel the movie was made purely for the movies. Some of those are, but it’s not necessarily something I feel was right for Star Wars. It was a new movie, it was a story which, once you saw it, you would think it was very different from most of Star Wars movies.
After looking at the movie and what it was about, they decided to re-adapt it to Star Wars and to start with an original movie which they were very proud of. This was a big step to take to be able to re-think that movie. We didn’t re-create it for an online movie and we knew it would be a difficult project. We were very proud of the movie that it made and not just for that particular project, we wanted to make an entirely new movie and it’s a very important part of what the film stands for. I always want to make a movie that is different to what was in Star Wars, but I wanted it to be different from anything else in the Star Wars universe.
The movie began with a story that was made purely to be a Star Wars fanfare. To us, it was this story which was different and unique to the movie, being a fan story that had never been made before.
As we have talked with some movie goers who have come back home and asked me if they’ve seen any Star Wars merchandise or any Star Wars movies they have to give me a hint or two. I know the exact kind of Star Wars story that was put together but I’ve never seen it before, so I could have made it differently. I would have tried it a lot, but it was really cool to see. I think Star Wars fans and fans of the Star Wars universe were very excited when the movie came out to see it.
Movies: “The Great Kool-Aid Guy”
As for the movie. I just wanted to be able to talk about the character, the way he interacted with the media which is a new thing. He would show up while he was out on vacation and would have to go in and say hello to the people that he knew about that were there for him to see. He would have to talk with these people and figure out their stories and have good rapport with them. The audience had to hear that. It was very different to other movies, where you have to have a lot of empathy for every one of the people who you meet on a set. To have that empathy for everyone like the way he talked to this great set made me a fan.
I think the movie was written and written by Steve Ditko for what he was doing as a creative director. And it was designed by Steve to fit with the Star Wars canon. It had these things that were unique to it, those character interactions that the fans of Star Wars and fans of Star Wars want to enjoy that they didn’t get in any Star Wars movies. We felt that had to be on par with the whole Star Wars series. We felt that one of the things that sets them apart, is that they’re all very different. I don’t feel that the Star Wars canon was any different just because that’s the way people came to this particular piece of content. The Star Wars universe is very different. I feel that that makes it particularly interesting. The movie really helped me understand that that’s what makes Star Wars so different.
The Original Star Wars Films
This is the part where I want to talk about the Original Star Wars films. I think that they’t were great on the original movie because it’t had these elements that were unique, and those element were not quite as strong as they are now. It was more of a comedy take on some of the themes about what kind of people the characters were going to get into and the things they could learn, whether they were making the movie or not. I think there were some moments. I think there were some in the final cut that were particularly memorable. And there are ones that were so great that were only taken with Star Wars fans.
If the ending to the original movies is any indication, the original Star Wars didn?#8217;t be so good to audiences?
Absolutely. There was a part of the movie that was particularly heartbreaking, because I feel that the best ending was, it was a truly heartbreaking moment for Star Wars fans, that they could feel that they had lost what they had lost about their home galaxy and they could see the other planets we have that are in need of making sure their home planets are well-protected enough by our current technological capabilities to avoid the ravages of radiation. The original Star Wars had that kind of devastation.
That said, the thing about the ending to the original Star Wars was that we weren?#8224;ing in a way like we were in a comic book like Dark Forces, to have this kind of realization, to actually get up and sit and have a little bit of time together. What did you get to do as a writer? Was there any part of it that was so heartbreaking?
Well, it’s really not that bad. What we got was we got to put a whole lot of people into our universe, to be with Star Wars and to see what we’d make in terms of an all-new series called Star Wars: A New Hope. And that story is kind of the culmination of those films. I guess on to the next one? I don?#8224;t know that there’s going to be some in there. It?#8225;s got to make itself. You know, it’s going back to the opening sequence of The Force Awakens at 2:16. I know we got that in.
Did you have any sense of where the Star Wars theme park would go? What about the theme park experience?
I don’t know what the attraction would be like, because we didn?#8225?t know it would be that or maybe I don’t know. Maybe I did. They made some of those choices. But if you just look at the way it turns out, you can say these Star Wars attractions are really important. They have such a special place in our hearts. We don?#8225?t really believe we had any influence on that, what we saw that season at Star Wars.
