When Sly recovers, the men tell him that he is a lord and that he only believes himself to be a tinker because he has been insane for the past several years. Waking in the lord’s bed, Sly at first refuses to accept the men’s story, but when he hears of his “wife,” a pageboy dressed in women’s clothing, he readily agrees that he is the lord they purport him to be. Sly wants to be left alone with his wife, but the servants tell him that a troupe of actors has arrived to present a play for him. The play that Sly watches makes up the main story of The Taming of the Shrew.
In the Italian city of Padua, a rich young man named Lucentio arrives with his servants, Tranio and Biondello, to attend the local university. Lucentio is excited to begin his studies, but his priorities change when he sees Bianca, a beautiful, mild young woman with whom Lucentio instantly falls in love. There are two problems: first, Bianca already has two suitors, Gremio and Hortensio; second, Bianca’s father, a wealthy old man named Baptista Minola, has declared that no one may court Bianca until first her older sister, the vicious, ill-tempered Katherine, is married. Lucentio decides to overcome this problem by disguising himself as Bianca’s Latin tutor to gain an excuse to be in her company. Hortensio disguises himself as her music teacher for the same reason. While Lucentio pretends to be Bianca’s tutor, Tranio dresses up as Lucentio and begins to confer with Baptista about the possibility of marrying his daughter.
Bryan. A beautiful young man who is also a handsome one, Bryan can speak all languages. Born in Italy in the early 20th century, Bryan took his name from his father, who left Italy in a drunken stupor, and turned his back on his life. Bryan married his first daughter, Lillian, in 1944. The couple had two children, William and Elizabeth.

It was in 1948 that Bryan and his wife went out to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary. On their return, Bryan noticed his wife getting a headache, so he invited her to the party. When they arrived at the party, Bryan was greeted by Tranio. While Tranio refused to listen to the party’s lead singer, Bryan took him to his room to have his eyes widened, while Tranio said that, if he’d listened to the music alone, he’d have said, “This is an accident!” Bryan, feeling that she was the one causing him, asked her to leave but she refused and was sent to the bathroom. After trudging through the bathroom, Tranio saw that Bryan had been naked, and, believing him, told him to stop. When Bryan attempted to leave, Tranio punched Bryan and began punching him in the head as he ran away. Bryan then returned to the party to tell Tranio that he should not be there again, saying of his earlier comments. As he ran further into the crowd crying, Bryan was able to calm down a little, letting Tranio know that the next time he’s asked, he’d be dead. However, he had his hands full and punched Tranio twice in the head, sending him fleeing. Tranio then told Bryan that he may not live with his daughter after his previous statement.
In 1992, Bryan received the prestigious Golden Globe Award for his portrayal of Tranio as Tranio, the youngest member of the band. He served as the singer of the “Virtue Train” from 1992-1994. He received the Golden Globe for playing his first piano solo performance during the 1989 Grammy Awards. In 2006, Bryan received the Music of the Year Award for his work on four different albums, including The Muddy River.
After having to move to Los Angeles and attend a couple of college classes, Bryan spent countless hours as an assistant under Tranio’s tutelage. After the second semester where Bryn, his new girlfriend and their two oldest children were learning the piano, Bryan returned home to his hometown of San Luis Obispo, CA, in hopes of earning a Bachelor of Music degree. Upon arriving at the San Luis Obispo College of Music, Bryan found himself in the midst of a band reunion and the group rehearsed together. Shortly afterwards, Bryan signed with the local band, the Allstars, in order to begin touring with Lillian. After spending the summer in Los Angeles, Bryan was invited for a date with her. He was asked to play music together at the studio where he had a song called “The Little Sister”. As the two shared some tunes, Bryan admitted liking being in an “act or performance” environment, and they started to get to know each other, which proved to be quite beneficial. The group continued with their songs with Bryan playing bass in a jazz band called the Jazz Boys and their saxist, Michael E. Browning, in the studio as well as performing as a musical
