Moreover,owning a good insight is another necessary characteristic which builds a good manager.Steve Jobs,the ex-CEO of Apple,came back to Apple in 1996 and insisted on researching and developing tablet PC which raised a lot of money for Apple and brought it back from near bankruptcy.Steve Jobs’s greatness comes from the quality of insight.In other words, his ability to recognize how an inflection point in technology can solve an important problem. In addition,having a good relationship with staffs is also a characteristic of a good manager which cannot be ignored. A good relationship between manager and staffs will make staffs enhance a sense of belonging;consequently, management may become easier, and more talent staffs are willing to help and support the business.The more staffs want to fellow and support, the more successful the business and a manager will be.Therefore, having a good relationship with staffs is necessary for a good manager.

Jobs and his brother Steve then had a great meeting with him about selling the company to Samsung.
