The Renaissance
During the Renaissance, people of all groups started to use their skills as a way to innovate ways of politics. They also used their skills in ways to help reform, and for a way of thinking. Renaissance thinkers looked into classical work so they could discover their own idealism. In idea to the Middle Ages, the Renaissance changed man’s view of man through the decline in religious authority, art, advancement in anatomical studies.

Before this time the Catholic Church was an important part of the system that was similar to allegiances between lords and vassals. Society during this time became more focused on money, and not so much on allegiance. These new ways of life only gathered and made the world weaken by the political influence of the church. This made the church have a hard time adapting to the new way of thinking. “What a piece of work is a man!” Shakespeare wrote. The church then lost focus in bringing spiritual leadership, and instead was focused on bringing in administration staff with the collecting of revenue as mentioned in document B.

The Renaissance is well known for there artwork, literature, and music. Around this time they started separating and moving on from the medieval traditions. Artest mainly ended up using what they learned from the middle ages. Until this time most arts were used in the use of decorating churches. Even though at this time they started becoming more independent, and some began signing their own works, and that was not done in the middle ages. Da Vincis piece shows the advancement of the Renaissance with the fine teachings and well-defined landscape (document a).

Da Vinci was without a doubt the best, and most significant artist.
