The final phase of this Constructive Action class is to show all that I have learned and all my achievement. In this CA class, an assessment is a systematic process for determining and addressing needs, or “gaps” between subject areas and desired conditions or “wants”. The discrepancy between the current issues and future conditions must be measured to appropriately identify the need. A students need can be a desire need to improve current performance or to correct a deficiency in a different study course.
I have done four very informative classes which are, Managing Capital Markets, The Business Strategic Plan, Contemporary Values & Classical Ethics Class, Principles of Finance and Financial Analysis & Modeling these courses have leaded me to surmise that I can own and operate my own business.
In managing capital markets, is a course consisting of wealth and knowledge. The topic on capital markets gives in-sight on how to successfully start a business and how to make it grow financially. In how to acquire the skills in manage capital markets will include tests of market efficiency with respect to accounting information, fundamental analysis, and value relevance of financial reporting. Evidence from doing extensive reading and research on these topics is helpful in capital market investment decisions, accounting standard setting, and corporate financial disclosure decisions. This has allowed me to realize that by setting my short-term goal, anyone who wants to reach higher in their career or in life has to work hard. My short and long-term goals I will achieve by the end of the semester will consist of me trying to improve my needs and knowledge, which will help me to organize my time and resources so that I can make the most of my life, therefore my self-confidence will boost by recognizing my own ability and competence in achieving the goals that I have set. My short-term goal is realistic by working hard at completing the CA on a timely manner with all knowledge acquired from making this goal a reality.
In the business strategic plan class my true understanding of this topic is well received by me. I have gained vast knowledge of proper business ethic and the strategies used in most business.
