There are two ideal models/paradigms which are utilized to classify and distinguish prevalence and predominance of the management research. These paradigms effectively help to distinguish  from each other based how they are developed, inferred and derived (Pring, 2004). The two paradigms of research philosophy are Positivist and Interpretivist. Since these guidelines potray observations, ideology, hypothesis and the way of actuality and principle, these can influence the course in which the examination is grasped, commencing the design of the research to the outcomes. Thus it is essential to comprehend and discuss these viewpoints along with the techniques concordant to the nature of the data collection and to ensure biases of research are revealed and avoided (Blaikie, 2000).This research will adopt the Interpretivist approach. This particular research is inductive, as opposed to deductive. The research focuses on theory building, and not on theory testing. The interpretive perspective places the emphasis on deciphering the implications and viewpoints of different ideas and concepts, and how these implications are arranged and negotiated (Ramberg, 2004).The research assumptions to the Interpretivist approach existence of subjective reality (Ontology) and  the other approach of Epistemology identifies outlooks about the most fitting methods for intercommunicating into the way of the universe (Easterby-Smith, Thorpe and Jackson, 2008). This approach aims to work alongside different researches related to this topic as to portray significance and construct their realities to comprehend distinctive perspectives and translate these involvements in settings of viable risk management (Fitchett and Davies, 2013). The Interpretivist approach concludes so as to reality is not to be dispassionately resolved, rather it is collectively built (Husserl, 1965). This paradigm fixated on the understanding of various situations and conditions and the implication behind by utilizing various ways to approach all perspectives of the occurrence (Broudy et al, 1973).

DATA COLLECTION METHODSThis research will use qualitative data collected through focus groups and observation of various start-up restaurants in Dubai. The focus group will consist of 8-10 members each per session depending on the topic taken to focus on during the week. The focus group will be observed every week for 7 weeks, concentrating for the most part on discussions at group meetings, particularly the discussions in which the gathering addresses changes to their job dealings and issues of group associations and distinctive sorts of risks confronted by the start-up owners, patrons or financiers. As it will be a focus group based on two perspectives discussions, there will be two moderators who will with intent take conflicting sides on the subject under argument for better results and point of views (Quible, 1998). Focus groups are better in understanding and investigating complex behaviour. It additionally adds a human aspect to unoriginal information and to develop understanding and clarify factual information (Kitzinger, 1994). These focus groups intend to find out the problems and distinctive sorts of dangers confronted by start-up restaurants in points of view of customers, supporters, banks and proprietors. These focus groups will acquire comprehensive data about individuals and gathering sentiments, recognitions and feelings and offer opportunities to look for elucidation. As it will duel moderators sessions, essential issues can be examined keeping in mind, alternate points of view (Morgan, 1988). Information sheets and confidentiality agreements are filled and signed by each participant of the focus groups to avoid breach of privacy and facts. Dilemma confronted by center gatherings are that there may be contradictions and unimportant examination which divert from the fundamental concentration and certain participants might find a focus group situation unapproachable or intimidating; members may feel under pressure to concur with the predominant view (Acocella, 2011).In order to prevent intimidated perspectives and opinions, all participants are given a feedback form in order to conclude or give extra opinions to the matter at the end of every session. These responses can be coded into categories and analyzed thematically.
