Executive Summary
Today, technology is more advanced and electronics are greatly cheaper allowing more individuals to purchase computers and have access to the internet. Due to the fact that an increasing number of individuals are using the internet, companies are beginning to offer websites for advertising. While there are many businesses that are now needing help building a great website, web designers are greatly needed and the industry is becoming greatly saturated.

WYWeb Design will provide exceptional customer service to those customers who want a personalized and unique website for their business. Our loyalty as well as services will discourage competitors from competing with us. Our additional services will include:

Graphic designs for business cards, company letterhead and envelops, or banners
Graphics created for business logos
Slideshows created from business designs or pictures to create business plans or DVDs
Create unique pictures by adding borders, captions, or other decorations
WYWeb Design will be differentiated from other web designers by the value of quality and through excellent customer service.
Our company will focus on creative promotions and advertising to generate a referral base through the Cheyenne community. Networking will be done to build a larger network of potential customers. Non-traditional advertising such as door hangars, bumper stickers, and All Over Media will be done to also attract customers.

WYWeb Design will market its service to the local Cheyenne, Wyoming area and will expand throughout Laramie County after we have built a customer base within the area. In comparison to our competitors, we will provide a similar pricing strategy. Most of our competitors are not within the local Cheyenne area; therefore, we will gain greater recognition through our one-on-one service.

Our company will begin as a home business. Our office will consist of two computers, an area for printing, and an area for customer files and financial transactions. As we expand, we will look into office space in a strip mall off of Dell Range which is the busiest traffic area within Wyoming.

Our management team is highly experience. Co-owners are Steve and Laura Brow. Steve has over 10 years within the computer industry and has education in Computer Information Technology as well as in Web Design. Laura has over 10 years with financial experience and has an associates and bachelors degree in Business Administration. Laura is also working towards her MBA with an anticipated graduation date of July 31.

WYWeb Design anticipates needing $6,200 to cover initial start-up costs. The funds will cover office furniture, computers, promotional/advertising, deposit on lease for printing and copy machine, and printing supplies. Our company would like to request funding 6 months prior to our grand opening set the office up and begin advertising. We will request funds from the Small Business Administration or our local credit union depending on available interest rates.
