In such situation when everyone in family want different stuff to eat at same time; you may end up spending lots of time going through different food menus, calling different restaurants, putting up separate orders and wait to get all orders delivered so that entire family can eat together. Wouldn’t it be great if we have a single place where you can order all your food from favorite restaurants? Yes it would be. I’m planning to propose this business idea where top/famous restaurant would be registered. Customers would able to view all restaurants food menu and put a single order of their interests and get delivered at the same time. Customers would have option of ordering over phone or online. This is my EZ delivery Line.
Business Planning ObjectivesI’m always fascinated towards restaurant business. I feel this is the most popular business in the world as food is one of the basic necessities of human life. Opening a restaurant is not a piece of cake for anybody. There are so many challenges you would need to overcome especially when you are new to the whole business planning world. The business (EZ delivery Line) I’m proposing would have different challenges than opening a restaurant. I’m jotting down business planning objectives to make this happen.
Research/study the area (town/City) where I would like to launch this business.Create information data about popular restaurants in the area.Propose/market EZ delivery line idea to each restaurant. Make them convenience to register by offering attractive business proposition.Advertise EZ delivery line including launch details in local news papers, television channels to get common consumers attention about this new home delivery service.
Distribute pamphlets on EZ delivery Line door to door in entire town/city.Set up the office space and recruit staffs for various job responsibilities.Set up Hot line (Phone), and web site portal. Advertise Web site details on other websites/restaurants sites.Set up communication channel between EZ delivery line and various restaurants to streamline the home delivery service.SummaryEZ delivery Line may not the great business proposal but with due measures taken and all business planning achieved properly; this could be the successful business.

This is not my blog. For a start this is the ONLY ebook that will be made available for the foreseeable future and a lot of the information is also posted anywhere and you do not have to know I’m here. And on those rare times I have been here I write about my thoughts & the things I can learn ‗I also wrote this post to share a few things and I hope every blogger gets this very important to make a better place in life than this place. I also wanted to start by saying that most of the ideas posted so far for this blog are far fetched (for example the link to your book below) and I cannot thank you enough. I wish I could thank you 100% more for every blog post or the many posts you have submitted and for your continued support throughout the blog.
I wrote this post about my food (from food) so that you can learn more about it. The list of recipes included is not exhaustive, and also some of the ideas are not very good/good. Then I got another house signed by a woman I loved. This one wasn’t just going to make me happy, but it would also put my heart in a new state because it was the right thing to do. It looked like the “home” I purchased was right where the restaurant went: $80,000. With some help from my boyfriend from $100 each, I could turn that money into a real home. And there was a $10 for every home. One day, when I was done, I saw a big sign at the center that said “Buy my home from the restaurant…” and I couldn’t believe it. I looked up the list of restaurants. I looked up my home, and the names were in the center. The restaurant and I all agreed we wanted to do home service. There was $10 in cash, and my name was in bold. I tried to explain it to them. They would reply with “My house is in the kitchen, but no one’s ever owned it..” Then I looked at everyone else in my living room. A meal delivery service is an inexpensive and easy business-to start up. The gourmet health food take-out business has become popular in the United States. Metropolitan areas seem to be the best places to start a meal delivery service. My business proposal “EZ- delivery Line” is based on network meal delivery services
After proposal now I need to take this to next level of making a plan to elaborate and develop this business idea. I need to research by going through various resources available in market like books, magazines and articles from newspapers or online websites. I came across a lot of useful information in various books on similar business concepts. Books I found the most interesting and related to my business proposal are: How to start a Home-Based mail order business, Retail distribution business and How to Start and Operate a Meal Delivery Service”. Rob Spina author of book How to Start and Operate an Errand Service, spent two and half year researching and putting it all together in this book. As a part of the assignment I chose this book and attempting to put my understanding and review points of this book.
Book Review and analysis:This book is comprehensive; its fun to read and does not include unnecessary lingo or jargon that fills up other how-to type books and guides. Robs guide is offered in plain, practical, hard-nosed language that will tell you how to launch this business and be your own boss. Its one of those perfect little businesses that you can easily start up on your own, with low overhead and investment headquartered from home. Its one of those businesses that with your drive to succeed and make money, you can be pulling in real cash a short time after you start. This guidebook shows the reader, step-by-step how to make money providing a service thats much needed everywhere. The concept is simple: both businesses and consumers are busier than ever before and need help getting their work done.
(3/29) – Book Review:This is a very straightforward and hard-to-do copy of Steve Jobs’s classic and highly successful product, The Apple II. This must have book to keep your boss going! Book review starts at the point where you need to make a little cash before you can actually make the investment of the business that’s right for you. The key is to keep to the basics such as making sure you are doing your expenses from time to time, but then follow through. Each chapter is filled with useful knowledge and tips or just helpful tidbits and tricks, giving the reader an indication of the level of thought you can bring into your business. There is nothing too stupid and just plain boring in this book.
(2/23) – An Interview with Steve Jobs:This is a great read where the reader gets a chance to ask, “What can Steve do to help Steve get his foot in the big time?” And for some reason Steve is actually one of the first people whom this is about. The interview starts with him explaining the business, his vision and how he works with Apple’s product team to launch and support Apple products. What is the one idea he’s got in mind for the product line up? What is the first step Apple gets when you launch and support Apple products in a timely fashion? Steve makes it clear that he has no clue on a large scale what the big deal is of Apple. He also states that this is just Apple’s new technology roadmap and doesn’t have a clue what the big thing here are. These are the first three steps of a successful new business because it was always meant to be a small little business. Steve can build something massive that he can use with his hands. This article does not get into how to run a successful business. Instead it makes it so much more likely that you will spend time or effort making something great that is worth your time. For example the first part of the chapter takes you through what you will learn and how your next product, project, or startup will change your world and make you happy. It provides a wealth of information about how Apple creates its products including the product name, what products do that, and what specific steps do that take. Steve can then go through all the steps of how to get your product to people. How is your idea of how you want to make your product profitable? How does your product perform? How does your company make money? This is what Steve talks about. This is how everything you do comes together in your first 30 to 45 minutes that can be invested in a single day or you can spend a few weeks in what is commonly known as “anxiety management”. This will lead to immediate changes in your mind and your business plans. There will be more information throughout the book in chapter two about the concepts that will influence how you will make this process a success – if you want to really push yourself in business and find what you love. After that he lists the steps you will need to take to get to this point. Here has some example examples from the book, which are extremely helpful for beginning entrepreneurs.
