III. Background of topic:
There has been discussion of implementing a new software system in our corporation in order to cut cost. Is this the solution? I believe it would be smarter and more cost efficient to better utilize the software system that we currently use. That system is peoplesoft. “What is PeopleSoft? Peoplesoft is designed as a server-centric architecture in a purely Internet environment. It is a server that stores all of the application data as well as validation rules.
