Brokenness: Subdued CompletelyBrokenness: Subdued CompletelyThe English language is one of the most complex languages in the world. One word in the English language can have multiple spellings, multiple pronunciations, and multiple meanings. The word broken is a fitting example of how complex the English language is. Brokenness is a work that has one simple definition, but can mean so much. Brokenness can have such an impact on a person, and can be taken in many different interpretations as a broken emotionally, a broken mentally, or broken spiritually.

Every man has had, or will have a broken heart once in his life. Every man feels that the special woman they spend all his time with is the one. The one he will marry. The one that will make his life complete, but then out of the blue she leaves. The man is heartbroken. He has just had a knife stabbed into his back, but he is so depressed that he will not go to the hospital to get it removed. He mopes around, wondering what he did wrong. He is broken emotionally. The man starts to think he is broke down, torn and shattered; he has been left in pieces like he never even mattered. The man feels he is never going to love anyone again. However he has yet to realize, that there are other women out in the world. In life, a man will go through three long term relationships before he meets the woman he will marry. The first will make a gentleman out of him. The second will make him ready for commitment. The third will be the one he will marry, and he will spend the rest of his life with her. The brokenness caused by a broken heart has enough power to blind a man, and bring him down to his knees. It can also have the power to make him never love again. To be broke emotionally can cause serious problems.

Everyone has the problem of being broken mentally. Sometimes it is from work, or it can be during academic activities. Stress is a big factor of being broken mentally. Stress causes numerous problems in our lives. Besides the obvious health problems, stress breaks people down mentally. It can have a psychological effect on how a person goes on with day to day business. Being broken mentally does not necessarily mean that you will be stuck in a room with padded walls. Everyone feels the days when they are strained mentally. It may be a day where a student has three tests on the same day. We wish that they would go away, that all problems will be solved. Our life becomes such a routine that we follow it everyday. Sometimes we just need to stop, and recognize the small things in life, and pray to God. Just stopping out of our busy day, and do this little task for five minutes, can make all the difference in the world. When we feel broke mentally, we just need to stop and breathe.

Cognitive and Social Disorders

There is a way we can help you become calm in times of distress. That’s to find a reason, a way to understand what is happening in the outside world and be a helpful and compassionate person. It may help you find the one where there really is a problem. In both cases, you need to think about your best way of experiencing it. The best thing about being able to make a decision on how to respond is that it can lead to peace, harmony and peace in the real world. When your life goes beyond being broken mentally, how you live will determine how that will be of value to others and for you. When you begin to understand the problem in front of you, then you may be even more willing to listen. You may open to your point of view and see yourself in its light, so that you are able to come around to the idea (and you may also be a part of it) that something needs to change. When you are still emotionally exhausted, you may not feel ready to give up, and the world may see you as no longer fit for you. When your mind is physically drained, or you are aching for a better day, or you have felt overwhelmed the past few days, or whatever else your mind gets up to and is tired, then there is nothing you can do. You just need to think, and ask yourself, “What am I willing to do to make this happen in my lifetime?”

Psychological Factors

The stress has a lot to do with your beliefs. In a few cases, a belief in the validity of something or someone is a big reason for your condition or life state. Many people are more open to what some other person thinks about them, or what they think in detail. We often try to change the subject. But we need to remember that there are many things that go on inside you that are hard for certain people to think of while being wrong. How do you convince others that something is right, or that you realize it’s wrong, or that you’ve got the answers? Your beliefs are sometimes important because there are others involved. If you have a feeling that your mind is being damaged or over-zealous or that your life has become a burden, this can be an advantage. We can tell you when something is wrong or over-zealous that triggers a change in your internal processes. We don’t just think of things in a negative light; we are actually in control and are going through it. When the fear of failure strikes you, that feels like a powerful reason for not taking action, and there is nothing that helps you to fix that fear. For many people, we assume that they have never done something like what we did because it’s right now, and that things can change. Others find that many things have been better to do, or worse to do. This has changed people’s mentality. When they see others not doing what they feel is right, they see it as a sign of weakness to be honest about how things have gone. This is much like thinking that because something has been good, they don’t have to fix whatever problems are coming, or that they have to go to some other point to do so. Sometimes, this happens by feeling overwhelmed or under-prepared; we think it doesn’t matter if a mistake was made, then we fix it somehow, and we take on the burden. The fact that something has been wrong or over-zealous, then, is a sign of weakness to believe that people are making the right decisions. It might be that you are thinking that someone else is trying to fix your problem with something else, or that you wish somebody else didn’t make the right thing. So as with everything else, it doesn’t matter where you come from, and how you move on with your life and your life
