By contrast, the New York planning called for the government to form a confederation of the entire country, each state would have “a general population of a limited number of citizens, one state would have equal voting rights, the other would be equal in the number of citizens, or both, but there would be no special voting power, and no government power to intervene. In other words, the people would be able to do all kinds of things to the states, but not the federal government, which was going to be governed.”.
With regard to the other idea, the Virginia plan called for the U.S. government to become a national government and take jurisdiction of the state level through representation among the states that had no national level elected officials.
The Virginia plan offered a political solution by making the election process a national race and electing presidential representatives for each of those states. These were then elected and sent on separate delegations to each state to vote for those representatives.
The new representatives would be appointed by the people of one state, and their votes would be put to the American people through the ballot for President. They were asked to run the country and decide on what they would do as Americans, or the government as a whole.
The decisionmaking process went in which the people were asked to vote on some sort of principle that was going to help determine their government for the remainder of their lives.
If the plan was successful, and the nation had no more power than they have now, then they would have a say in what decisions they would make.
The Virginia plan did not create national government. The United Kingdom did not have an executive body to form government and to act on its behalf until after the nation had agreed to that fact.
So if what the United Kingdom did with its British government made matters difficult for the Americans, why did the Virginia plan not get out of hand?
This is a major problem within the movement. There is a massive political effort being made to make the majority of our representatives more politically dominant, and in fact the idea of a minority government, whether Republican or Democratic, only works to achieve that idea. They do so by making up laws to allow for government control of the business community, by changing the rules that govern the affairs of major financial corporations, and by changing state law to make them subject to the same legislative process as the majority of Americans in a given state.
By making up laws like these, people in the United Kingdom believe their government is superior to anyone that might go their way.
This is one reason why they are so concerned about creating the illusion of a majority government in the United Kingdom, in a world that wants to be taken very seriously as a nation.
It also explains why in the United States the idea of a minority government is so widespread, and in the American political system people are afraid of it.
This is another reason why these people are scared to fight against it because it is seen as a plot to replace the people who wanted to have a “one size fits all” government, they are afraid of being seen as a “one size fits all” government.
