My knowledge of life and people are obtained through countless experiences of different hardships. Throughout my entire life, I realized that every person is different in his or her own way. A person who just woke up from a long night of work, looks at their email to find that a paper is due on his/her boss desk in a couple of hours, he will think to himself that “I wish I was sick”. Another person will just hope the brightness of the sun will hint for a good day ahead. When the night comes, snow begins to fall. Children will be joyful, hoping it will be a school day. Adults will be hoping that the snow will just go away, as it will be a long day to commute to work the next day. Everyone see things differently, no one is equally the same.

When I was young, my parents taught me that everyone was special. They used this term because they wanted me to feel like I was very important. What it really meant is that everyone is different. We all have different ways of interpreting, saying, even constructing problems. Everyone and everything is meant to do something special.

During a hot sunny day when we all just stop for a second or two to look up to the sky and there we find a hot blazing fireball, we call that the sun. After looking up we all either feel still hot, or a tendering feeling inside of us that something is different. The Sun is an object that brings life to not only kids but also adults. Adults could interpret the Sun in many different ways. They could see the sun as a wakeup call that today is a new day, or a chance to change in some way. It could also bring warmth and happiness to people lives. One thing for sure is that Adult and Kids. The Sun brings joy to their lives.

Being young, life was very easy. Waking up every single day to see the brightness of the sun was one of the best things a kid could ask for. Go to school, then after school go outside to play some road hockey or just to roll around in the green, soft, however sometimes wet and spiky grass. When it was raining us, would all be inside cuddling around our parents, playing video games, watching TV or even doing our homework since I could not find a way to avoid it. However, after it stops raining I would run to my window, look up and wait there for a few second, sometimes minutes. After waiting for a while, we would see this long rainbow that arc from one side of my eye to the other end. It was like a bag a skittles. That was the fun part. Every time it was raining, my sister and I would always pray that our cupboard had some skittles. Once we see the rainbows colour, we would just eat the skittles according to the colour we see. The joy and laughter, which a kid could have, over something so simple.

Everything in life was very simple. This belief in my life is true until my one morning my teacher taught me something that stayed with me until this very day, an eighteen-year-old
