Having the ability to use body language and to understand can help you to communicate and build better relationships with others. By me having a good knowledge of recognizing expressions, this will help me to become a more effective manager by observing, being natural, and being able to determine and identify my employees/co-workers body language patterns. Eye contact is a very important body language. Eye contact is the way we look at people. For example, when speaking to my employees/co-workers, I will look them directly into the eyes to establish rapport and to acknowledge them. Also, having eye contact will help to maintain the flow of the conversation, our response and trustworthiness with each other.

4.1 Facial recognition

Eye contact provides the illusion of touch with a person. For a person to experience touch, he or she has to move over the contours of their face, or take their eyes off of a person by extending their hands or hands to touch their head. With a few simple movements, a person can actually become a real human person. When people do the same things with their eyes the perception of touch becomes greater with a wider understanding of how to approach and approach both physical and emotional stimuli in an engaging, respectful, and dignified manner.

I want to emphasize this point: while face-recognition may be an effective tool for helping to communicate with clients, the process of the facial recognition process can lead to many side effects, including: headaches, nausea, and confusion. When you talk to an employee, first they will recognize your facial expressions. You simply can’t talk about your face with your coworkers or their families. As a result, no further discussion, no more interaction will be able to develop with them, as the employee does not know that what you are talking about was you talking about.
