Microsoft develops MS-DOS for IBM as soon as IBM develops their first PC. Gates adopts the change very fast due to his enthusiasm vision and hard working attitudes. In this process he became one of the richest men in the world as well as a well known successful leader in the world of business. For another, Steve Jobs was a rebel who built illegal blue boxes and spent his youthful energies pulling pranks that repeatedly got him suspended from high school. He was not a technical genius, but he had an intuitive sense of design and usability, and an almost improvisational approach to business decisions. Strategic and adaptive leadership is advocated by the changing external conditions and different types of organisation.
