BAHAGAT SINGH A LEGEND     Bhagat Singh was an inspirational icon not only in his time but also in present, who laid down his life for the sake of his country. If Mahatma Gandhi is known as the father of nation, Singh was the architect of modern India. Born on the 28th of September 1907 and died 23rd march of 1931became a successful leader, a great freedom fighter and a very effective writer but an atheist. Patriotism was in his blood that encouraged him to rose black flags against slavery. He is real hero who helped millions of people to get freedom.      Foremost, he is well known as the one who provided a new direction to the Indians to get rid off from the cruel ruling of British empire.  His uncle and father also sacrificed their precious lives in the support of freedom struggle. Singh played a crucial role in the in Indian Nationalist Movement and very attracted towards socialism. Transformation of post-independence of   Indian society was the result of his inclination; he set a path for a political alternative which others even did not think off. Accomplishment of his goals was outcome of the his clear vision and dedication. True nationalists Jai Chand Vidyalankar and bhai Parmanand left great  impression on Bhagat’s mind. He burnt the cloths and school books sponsored by the  British government of that time. Tragedy of gave him a very painful scar on his heart. He got national support when he rose his voice for equal rights of Indian and British prisoners. He had to face some critics by his contemporaries and people even after his death . Indian national  congress helped britishes to criticize him and his thoughts          Moreover, he had only aim to free India from the English rulers, when Simon commission lead by Sir John Simon  came to India in 1928 which opposed by grieving people because nomember from India was selected.  On the track to  he established “kirti” (the kisanparty) and a “Naujwan bharat sabha”. After the death of Lala Lajpat Rai in lathi charge duringthe protest. Singh along with his two friends Sukhdev and Rajguru decided to avenge Lala ji ’s

murder, on this way they assassinated Saunders. He and his  associated learnt to crude an atomic bombs from Jatinder Nath.In 1926, and Kundan Lal Azad decided to rescue the prisoners of ‘Kokri’ case but failed as a result they exploded   a bomb in the assembly of Lahore, but due to the lack of evidence police had to release them. Even he  threw two bombs two bombs at the Legislative Assembly with Bakuteshwar Dutt and the slogans of “Inqlab Zindabad” were also shouted. Their aim was not to hurt anyone, they just want to express disagreement to defence of Indian act.     However, Bhagat was a great thinker, reader and writer. Most of his writings were written in the jail, but he had to do hunger strike because the government did not allow reading and writing in the prison. Thus he maintained a note book 404 pages including notes and quotes as an  example here is a one of these                                              “Ah my beloved, fill the cup that clears                                               Today of past Regrets and future fears”    He elaborated all his affection and love towards his country and common people of India. He was struggling against age, nature and circumstances, law and order were weighed upon him  to lose his self-respect and liberty.
